A failed attempt at horror/crime solving.Baconation | June 14, 2014 | Review of Murdered: Soul Suspect™ (NA)
It takes a simple idea of finding out who murdered you and treats you like a child all the way through. The puzzles are extremely easy to solve, it almost always tells you what to press. The demons that hunt you are irritating and only serve the purpose of lengthening the game play.
I really wanted to like this game but I just can't, it's L.A. Noire except extremely linear, easy, and uninteresting.
A story you don't want to live withoutBaconation | July 8, 2013 | Review of Grand Theft Auto IV
Niko Bellic is one of the best characters I have ever played as in any video game. You start to care for everyone you see the instant the story starts. From every sad moment to gunfight you will never want to stop until you get to the end. Even with the HUGE game world of Liberty City Rockstar still managed to make this game good and long. I would recommend this game to anybody that loves games.
One of the bestBaconation | July 8, 2013 | Review of Deus Ex: Human Revolution
With combat, stealth, and strategy combined into a special mix you have potential to create something amazing. I would say that Deus Ex:HR has just that mix.
At no point will you not feel entirely immersed in the game world. With graphics and a environment that make you believe your surroundings, this game sucks you in for a story of a life time.
WIth a good LONG story, this game will give you days of gameplay and keep you happy all the way.
Very good compared to it's competitionBaconation | July 8, 2013 | Review of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Nexway
Although many will say this game was amazing, compared to the older elder scrolls, Skyrim was not up to par content wise. The graphics are amazing and the comabat/UI is slick.
The only thing bad about Skyrim is the story line. It was much shorter than the other games just because of how many resources they put into visuals and other less important things.
AwesomeBaconation | July 8, 2013 | Review of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (NA)
Although most people will tell you that the PC port was "terrible", that is not the case at all. There are some points where you will get a low frame-rate but nothing game breaking.
The story is complex and interesting, the game play is challenging but every enemy can be beaten by learning their attack patterns. Multi-player works but could use some tweaking, which will be fixed in Dark souls 2.
