MOBA, in disguise.BazookaSamurai | May 10, 2013 | Review of Awesomenauts
There are two reactions to the MOBA, genre, either you love it, or you hate it, Awesomenauts looks to change that.
Awesomenauts is an amazing blend of the best of multiple genres. MOBA mechanics meet the fast paced play of a FPS multiplayer match, with platforming controls blended in. It's a gem of a game, and lives up to it's name, It's Awesomenauts.
Insanely accessible, charming and comical, hardcore and casual. This game is near perfect. Do yourself a favor and get this fantastic game!
The true game of the year!BazookaSamurai | May 10, 2013 | Review of XCOM: Enemy Unknown (NA) -
Challenging, rewarding, beautiful, addictive. These are a few words that come to mind when I look back at my playthroughs of XCOM: Enemy Unknown.
This game is truly a work of art, each play-though is unique and makes sure that everytime you boot up the game, something unexpected happens. The combat is fluid, thought provoking and brutal.
This is a near perfect game that deserves to be on everyone's Hard Drives. Purchase XCOM: Enemy Unknown, Save the World, Save Yourself.

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, will most likely be more than you expected when you boot it up. This game is a gorgeous, bloody and intensive combat experience that will have you hooked from your first battle.
Offering multiple classes to play as with a multitude of combos and techniques to master, Chivalry: Medieval Warfare will keep you entertained for a long time.

The Legend of Zelda meets God of War at BlizzConBazookaSamurai | April 24, 2013 | Review of Darksiders
Darksiders is a very interesting experience. You'll be playing as War, a horseman of the Apocalypse. You'll immediately recognize, what I believe to be, it's three most prominent inspirations: The Legend of Zelda, God of War and Blizzard's Stylized Art. However, Darksider's story twists and turns make this journey unique. The combat is built around combos, bloody, gruesome combos. Using different weapons and tools that you will find in Zelda-Esq dungeons and Temples, you will be able to chain massive combos together similar to Kratos in the God of War games. The dungeons never seem intensely challenging, but they offer just enough of a challenge to keep you from bolting through them. The combat is highly rewarding and fun, if you enjoy splitting Demons in two with giant swords, and the world is beautiful. War looks like an epic Warrior from World of Warcraft that just completed the latest tier set of armor. He looks awesome and the world is gorgeous. Pick up the game, enjoy the story, the world, the characters and the combat.
Perfect for some.BazookaSamurai | Dec. 11, 2012 | Review of XCOM: Enemy Unknown - Elite Soldier Pack
I really enjoy the Elite Soldier Pack. Character creation and customization is one of my favorite aspects of any game and XCOM: Enemy Unknown is no exception.
There are around 30 armor tints and several new armor types/tweaks that really help to define your soldier. I tend to name my troops after family members, friends and acquaintances so being able to choose colors really helps me make a stronger connection and makes me enjoy the game that much more.
My only complaint with this DLC pack is that you only get one new hairstyle and no new faces or voices. Faces you can find in the form of mods online but I would like to have more than 9 voice options for my soldiers.
Complaints aside, I really enjoy this DLC addition and recommended it to any other creation enthusiast.
