The graphics for this game are pretty good, but the gameplay is somewhat lacking in any semblance of realism. The rotors of your helicopter can be tilted forwards while you move backwards - something anyone with even a basic knowledge of helicopters would realize is pretty close to, if not outright, impossible. This, added with the limited ammunition for bombs and missiles, sends mixed messages about the game's attitude towards realism. That aside, the some of the campaign maps are pretty small, a fact made obvious by the first mission, where you can hardly fly straight for 15 seconds without hitting one of the game's "soft" barriers; it is soft because you are allowed to fly through it and turn around without any timer counting down from 5 or 10 seconds. All in all, although the game is confused when it comes towards realism, it is a decent arcade flight game. This is by no means an even semi-realistic recreation of air combat; it is very... arcade-y.
