This game shows why indie is the future.ClodXen | June 2, 2013 | Review of Bastion [Playfire]
This game is decently old by the time I write this yet this game was one of the only games I beat that year not cause of time, but of cause most games try and over do the simple. Bastion does the simple so well in fact that it will be over before you know it. The graphics in this game are top notch for it's style of game. This game shines in narration though considering almost every thing you due is narrated you might think this sounds bothersome, but it's the core of the game you will come to be disappointed when you do something cool and no comments are made. If your into ARPG your will want to get this game in your collection it's only problem is it a bit short still will be a blast the time you spend.
Dosen't get much better then this.ClodXen | June 2, 2013 | Review of F.E.A.R
Gunfights in this game still look great as stuff flies of the shelves and walls. The magic in this game doesn't translate well in it's most recent releases. The first is by far the best the scares are in the right places they don't take all year explaining the story most the story can be found on phones or records you find through the game almost like BioShock.
This game really hit the mark on atmosphere compared to games that came our around the same time you look left in right a lot cause something always seems to be in the corner of your eyes.
The story keeps a great pace and tried to do a few change up's at the right time some might see it coming other want still solid. You can't go wrong with this game and normally you can get it on the real cheap which makes it that much better.
Great Idea, but buggyClodXen | June 1, 2013 | Review of Binary Domain Complete Pack
Well this game wasn't something I was looking forward to or kept up with, but then it came. The game starts out making it self look great you have some nice graphics and blowing apart the robots not only looks great, but is fun. Now onto what failed the squad can hold themselves well in a gun fight, unless you try and give out orders via voice command when I played this game my teammates would die trying to do something as dumb as moving up when I had told them fire on my target. That is where this game breaks using the voice commands just doesn't seem fluid enough considering it's such a big feature. A few patches could fix the problems the game is having, but since it's a port I doubt we will ever see it what it could have been. Worth playing, but you might want to wait for it to go on sell since it's feel gimmicky.
