Same Game, with a few extra bitsColt2911 | July 4, 2013 | Review of Lost Planet: Extreme Condition - Colonies Edition
I wouldn't say this game is bad, but my my does it have alot of wasted potential. Some may say that this should have been a free DLC/Patch, but it really does contain alot of things extra.
If you enjoy blasting away at enemies in some pretty amazing environments, then this will put a smile on your face! Some of the bosses are also jaw droppingly spectacular
Yopu can probably give the game a better score if you find it cheap, as if released at a cheaper price this game would have garned way better reviews.
ALot of content for the priceColt2911 | Feb. 16, 2013 | Review of Max Payne 3: Rockstar Pass
This DLC pack has appeared on many sites for $10 or less and is a bargain!
You get so many maps and customisation options for both your chracter and your guns.
One of the best dlc's included being the cooperative mode for you and a mate. Was thrilling to shootdodge together and accidently fire at the same guy LOL!
Definelty worth the reduced Price tag, maybe not the full price.
Suprisingly alot of people are still playing this and it's not even advertised for it's MP element:)
Light Hearted FunColt2911 | Feb. 7, 2013 | Review of Dead Pixels
This game is very similar to a tonne of mobile phone games on the market right now. but easily bests them on many levels.
Firstly, u aren't limited to a straight line, u can move and fight all over the streets
Good barter system and quests that don't rely on u spending real money to get the items you want.
Controls are WAY more suited than the push push push controls of a mobile phone game.
People will see the gfx and simple premise and go...wtf..no. but it is very much worth the small price of $2.99 that's for sure.
If ur over zombie games, this wont bring u back in line. If you can't get a enough, then this is the diamond in the rough you have been waiting for:)
NEW UPDATE MAKES GOOD ON PROMISES:)Colt2911 | Feb. 1, 2013 | Review of Chivalry: Medieval Warfare PRE
This game just went from fun diversion to, CANT WAIT TO GET HOME TO PLAY THIS!
Latest patched added the greatly awaited Duel mode, and it is almost flawlessly executed! The new maps are huge and more varied than the release maps and are very well made. Played this for 3 hours straight tonight and could not quit!
If u love medieval combat or good combat in general, GET THIS GAME!
A COOP BLASTColt2911 | Jan. 30, 2013 | Review of Dungeonland
Been playing this for the last few hours and apart from gaining achievements for things I Haven't done. VERY HAPPY with the price i paid for this. Haven''t even got any new weapons yet and I'm already starting to see how you can work as a team to overcome the challenging gameplay.
This game is pretty damn hard tho, you can die very fast unless you prepare yourself to get out fast and heal. Bosses can one hit the Rouge class. Luckily you have 10 seconds (or so) to get revived and therefore saving you from using up one of your precious team lives.
So far the game comes with 3 randomised maps with DLC basically promised to bring more. Also some features are labeled coming soon, but these are unknown and were never held back JUST for sell more DLC.
Between the zany humour and simple gameplay, this game is a welcome blast of fresh air in a corridor shooter and MOBA dominated World.
An Ode to Kung Fu,Colt2911 | Jan. 16, 2013 | Review of Sleeping Dogs: Zodiac Tournament
The Zodiac tournament can basically summed up as a progession based street fighter game. You start out fighting easy to defeat opponents and work your way up to the big bad boss (Think Game of Death). Once finished the island is still accessible to your character with a couple of side missions and you also get some new outfits to boot:)
The best feature is the variety of guys you fight, you even meet a drunk boxer who takes a very different approach to fighting:) It will be over quickly and isn't very meaty, but at GMG's reduced price of $4.99 I'd say it is worth it, Use a voucher and it's even more so worth it:P
A good price For a Decent DLCColt2911 | Nov. 17, 2012 | Review of Warlock: Master of the Arcane - Armageddon DLC
If ur bored of Warlokc this DLC won;t change your mind.
But if you are still pushing through and fithing the good fight in Ardania this DLC will give you a few more options for your next time round. Have yet to try the new game mode yet but the new mages and 4 new perks are quite good. An extra unit of Archers can make early game VERY fast as you can overpower most early level towns quite quickly with the extra support. Favor of Krom on the other hand i not so useful as that only helps you later in the game, where perks seem to lose there usefulness.
Masterfully stylsih and fun to boot.Colt2911 | Oct. 9, 2012 | Review of Dishonored (EU)
An incredibly fun game brought to us by Arkane studios, who have made a huge effort with this after what was a slightly unnoticed effort in Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. The water colour landscapes are gorgeous to navigate and others complaining of blurry textures are trying to dig too deep. Personally I would have liked to have more RPG elements in that the upgrades really don't have much difference between them, but considering most other games like this do not do the actual gameplay this well, this is something you soon forget about. For fans of Dues Ex and Assassin's Creed. Definitely recommend you pick this up on PC or console if you really have to:)
Hard to learn, fun to playColt2911 | Sept. 1, 2011 | Review of Really Big Sky [Playfire]
The game starts off luring you in with a tutorial mode that slowly ends in a BOOM! WTH you say, i did what it said... That might be correct, but u didnt do it at the right time! This game is all about getting that little bit further than last time and using your hard fought experience to upg ur whirling machine on multiple pathways. In this game you will die ALOT, but dont let that dishearten you, theres a great game hidden behind the RAGE you will have:)
Some will like it, sum will hate it, personally im a bit of both:P
A saviour for pc, but will console gamers approve?Colt2911 | Sept. 1, 2011 | Review of Deus Ex: Human Revolution Augmented Edition
You know ur playing a good game when even the title screen ngive you the jitters! after the intro sequence dissapered and the words Deus Ex Human Revolution were splashed across the screen I was feeling its power! This is the game i've been imagining in my head for so long!
Multiple Paths-Check Multiple guns- Check Multiple Multiples- CHECK CHECK CHECK.
Im sure alot of people were worried that this wouldn't live up to the pressure off being the TRUE sequel to the highest rated PC game off all time. But my GOLLY MISS MOLLY has this game met them. Back soon guys, im off to shoot hoops for 20 minutes in Boston.
