Turns Platforming upside-downCrowface | April 21, 2011 | Review of VVVVVV
VVVVVV is a Fun, addictive puzzle-platformer which turns a simple concept into a clever, frustrating puzzle game that keeps you hooked. The retro Style is beautiful and the music is sublime. Very fun.

This is one of the most Antagonising games I have ever played. No other game has made me nearly as angry. and this is why it is brilliant. You can promise yourself you will never play it again, then 2 hours later you'll be back, glaring at the screen and slamming you fingers down on the space-bar, screaming "JUMP DAMMIT JUMP". The music is fantastic and the jokes are funny. This game also has the advantage of being very easy to fit in - you can play it as much or as little as you want, because the levels are so short, yet there are so many of them. A truly brilliant game.
An Honour to the clanCrowface | April 21, 2011 | Review of Total War: Shogun 2
The total war series has been going for a decade now (I think) and has not at any point I know of faltered. This Game is no exception. The map is beautiful, like the graphics, and the interface simple yet effective. The ranged units are a lot more effective, and tactics a lot more complex. Unlike Medieval I and II battles aren't dominated by cavalry charges. My one problem with Shogun is that all the clans start more or less with the same units. I always loved playing as the odd factions who had different units to everyone else, but with this, the same units are avaiable to everyone. Apart from that, the game is fantastic and well worth it.
Sonic, When it was good.Crowface | April 21, 2011 | Review of Sonic the Hedgehog [Playfire]
This is the classic sonic game, and it was when it was like this that sonic was good. Some of the later games dragged down the series, but This is from the golden age of sonic. Even better, It has been made much prettier, combining the classic fun with the new graphics, to create a great game. Well worth the money
Stronghold, Strong GameCrowface | April 21, 2011 | Review of The Stronghold Collection [Playfire]
I really enjoyed all the stronghold games, because they are very good simulators of running a castle while remaining simple , easy and fun to play. I highly reccomend this to anyone who enjoys strategy games, castle defence or even games like simcity.
