I can't get angry at this game, only to who is behind of this

ECS | Dec. 27, 2012 | Review of Mortal Kombat: Arcade Kollection

Just think this, the original arcade version of the first 3 Mortal Kombat in your computer, just like you saw them in the old times where you spend most of your money playing arcade games. You will think "This is too good to be true" Well, you are right. Too good to be true. Yes, they are the 3 original games, bringing the all the fun (and frustration) you can get playing against the AI. But there is a problem... Or some problems to be exactly: The laggy online mode, how annoying is trying to make work the 2 players mode, the lack of LAN mode, you can't change the resolution and it also uses the famous Unreal Engine, so yeah, it will probably will cost you many resources only trying to navigate through the main menu. Maybe some other surprises waiting for you. On the bright side, it comes with a HD main menu with some remixed music according to which MK you have chosen. the movelist is there if you never played MK or you can't remember all the moves. Also you can emulate the arcade visor, there are other effects to try, but pixels are better than simple image filters. In short, you like to fight to death against the AI or collect MK stuff? Then you should buy it! I hope you have the patience to deal with those little mentioned problems.
