Good story and visuals - gameplay in other hand..

Visually stunning game. The graphics and art-style is the strongest point this game has, right after the story. It is visually stunning, bright, colorful and pleasing. Its has very personal style to it.

The story is great too, even if you are spoiled by the ending there are lot of funny and cool little things you can find. The story is told more differently than in 1 and 2 (which was solely thro audilogs back then mostly).

Elizabeth is not burden and at no point in the game it feels like escort mission.

However the combat and difficulty is the weakest link. On hard the enemies just turn into bullet sponges and you die absurdly easy (in 3 seconds if you take direct hits). I disliked this way of making the game harder, as the enemies can hit you pretty far away. Sometimes they even teleport around (they spawn on areas where you technically cant see but you know are empty of enemies). On easy or medium on other hand its too easy. The difficulty ramps up quite a lot towards the end, specially the last 30 mins where I had to just stop playing because it was tedious to die over and over and try kill certain thing with the 10 ammo you get as you respawn.
