The best Sonic platformer since 2D Sonic gamesKynesLiet | June 3, 2013 | Review of Sonic Generations
I'm a Sega fan since the Christmas of 1991, when my parents purchased us a Megadrive. Sonic was the first game I played on it, and I still remember the Green Hill Zone tune, or the Intro animation.
Sonic suffered a lot since the dawn of the 3D era, the way Sonic 2D games play don't translate in a good way to the third dimension, and the mechanics decision to create a mostly 2D game is great. It combines the new touch and the old mechanics, making it a great mixture of the great of the old era, with the advancements of new hardware. Having some nostalgia touches with some areas and a great soundtrack makes this a must have to any Sonic games lover.
As with lots of platform games, it's better to play it with a gamepad.
The better DirtKynesLiet | June 3, 2013 | Review of DiRT 2
Having played all the Dirt games, this is without a doubt the best one. Dirt Showdown is too arcade for my tastes, and Dirt 2 is less demanding than Dirt 3 on older hardware.
For us without the latest graphics card on the market, Dirt 2 is the game to get.
The best Mario Kart cloneKynesLiet | June 3, 2013 | Review of Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing
This is without any doubt the best Mario Kart clone, available to anyone who does not own a Nintendo Console. There is enough variability on the tracks, items and with tons of nostalgia for Sega fans. Tons of fun, better with a game pad and totally recommendable.
