Holy Skagsack!SrebX | Sept. 4, 2013 | Review of Borderlands 2
After 800 hours of shooting, looting and experimenting with different builds, weapons and gear, I can say that this is the most fun I've had in gaming. EVER. There is so much to do, so much stuff to play and experiment with and it's amazing. You can easily be consumed by this game, by how fun it is. It's main drawback is that despite that diversity in gameplay style, it's very linear and has lots of issues with small in-game details like backpack slots, opponent's health, balancing out characters [I mean come on, Salvador is just too powerful for this game... ] and so on... But these are all minor issues, and they don't interfere with the overall great, fun and funny experience that this game gives you :)
Prepare to be consumedSrebX | Sept. 4, 2013 | Review of Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition (NA)
I can say with 100% confidence that Dark Souls is the best game ever released. Developer From Software have thought of everything, every little detail when they created this. Lots of things that seem random have a very deep meaning. Dark Souls is the kind of game that consumes you to your very soul. You think about it when you go to sleep, when you go to work and when you spend time with your girlfriend. You'll constantly be amazed by the stunning visuals, the different enemy types that look fantastic. The game constantly requires you to be on your toes, be prepared for everything that it throws at you and never let your guard down, because if you will, you'll be punished. It has lots of different weapon and "magic" [Miracles/pyromancy/spells] that you can experiment with on top of experimenting on your character's build and stats. EVERYTHING in this game comes together so well... the looks, the difficulty, the diversity in gameplay style and the frightening enemies.
I give it a 95 only because From Software failed in many technical aspects. The game has problems in FPS, it doesn't work very well with Mouse and Keyboard and more things...
Aside from the technical issues, this is the perfect game. LOVED it.
