Not your everyday shooter.

TheRealParto | Nov. 29, 2013 | Review of Borderlands - PC

Borderlands is one of those rare games that brings something new to a genre. In this case bringing the constant loot drops of games like Diablo to the shooter genre, giving you that constant "what's going to drop next?" feel that keeps you playing for hours on end. Combined with RPG elements of having 4 classes each with their own unique power and talent trees making how you approach fights and what loot you want different for each class and a graphics style not seen before makes it a shooter like no other and well worth your time.

Stealth done right.

TheRealParto | Nov. 28, 2013 | Review of Dishonored Game of the Year Edition AU - PC

Stealth games are few and far between so when Dishonored was announced I instantly knew I wanted it but at the same time was worried they wouldn't get the stealth mechanics right. Once I got it I found a game with an amazing art style and fun game mechanics. The stealth just feels right in it and when you do decide to come out of stealth the combat feels great and you feel powerful. With multiple endings and ways to complete missions the game also has good replay value. A must for any stealth fan.
