One of the best RPG:s ever madeTomtekopf | Dec. 20, 2013 | Review of The Witcher II: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition
This must be one of the best RPG:s I've ever played. The story draws you in right away, the graphics are amazing as well.
While the first Witcher game lacked in the gameplay department, this one excels, it's very hard in the beginning, so finally a game with a proper challenge! When you finally master the combat system you'll really feel like a kick-ass witcher.
The world is semi-open and the choices you make in the game will dictate how the story unfolds (for real this time, not like in mass effect). The second chapter will take place in different places based on your choices in the first chapter.
All side quests are great except for three or four which are just about learning about a certain creature and then eradicating it. For example, one quest in the game really gives the finger against the "sweet innocent girl trope".
The lore is great and the conflict between humans and elves and dwarfs is really interesting and far from stereotypical.
This is a must buy, do NOT miss out on this one!
Very buggy at releaseTomtekopf | Sept. 21, 2013 | Review of TAKEDOWN: Red Sabre
This game has a ton of bugs on release and the serverbrowser is horrible. I would suggest waiting at least one or two months before buying this game. The game has the potential to be really nice and when you're actually playing with friends and everything works okay it's a really tense and exiting game.
But like I said, wait a while for them to fix the bugs. When the bugs are fixed add another 10 points to my review score.
Dated but still greatTomtekopf | Aug. 29, 2013 | Review of Mount & Blade: Warband
This game is pretty old by now but It's still great fun. The sandbox campaign were you gather your army is still a blast to play cause each playthrough is different. With mods you get even more diverse and interesting campaigns. Bottom line: buy it for its great campaign and great mods.
the best grand strategy gameTomtekopf | Aug. 29, 2013 | Review of Crusader Kings II
This game is a ton of fun, especially with friends. The way that you're the head of a dynasty rather than just the controller of a country really makes this game stand out. The way that you can go from count to emperor in a few generation really makes this game fantastic. Can't recommend it enough!
If you don't have it, get itTomtekopf | Aug. 19, 2013 | Review of Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition
If you haven't played the GTA IV games yet, it's about time you do that. There's tons of stuff to do, an amazing city to explore and three pretty good stories. The multiplayer is fun as well.
