Immersive and funaumikre | June 25, 2013 | Review of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The atmosphere is mouth-watering, the combat is exciting, and the ability to shape your character into whatever you want is unbelievably fun. Many of the questlines are entertaining, though I think Oblivion's were better in some respects. I found myself bored after a while, but that could just be a small attention span. Either way, Skyrim is definitely worth the money--you can spend countless hours playing it and still have much to experience.
Great solo gameaumikre | June 25, 2013 | Review of BioShock (NA)
It took me years, but after watching a Bioshock: Infinite let's play, I decided I would try out Bioshock itself, and I'm so glad I did. The action is non-stop, and there are so many different ways to play with the weapons at your disposal. The characters are interesting and the sudden reveals towards the end of the game will take you by surprise (provided you haven't been reading spoilers like I did, haha). Bioshock is a well-rounded and fantastic game, and I definitely recommend it.
Really fun gameaumikre | June 25, 2013 | Review of Borderlands 2 (NA)
One of my friends introduced me to the series, and I can't stop playing it. Going through all the quests over and over again gets a little repetitive story-wise, but it's still a ton of fun because each vault hunter plays differently and no encounter plays out the same way twice. I highly recommend BL2, and can't wait to purchase the DLC.
