A must have if you have friends

bulbipop | May 27, 2013 | Review of Borderlands - PC

Borderlands is all about fun, it's really just running or driving everywhere and kill everything to become more powerful, the art style is great ! Sure if you play it alone it will quickly become boring but with friends you can help eachothers, you can trade your guns, everyone has his own character with his own abilities. The story isn't really a story, it's just some funny dialogues between two main quests but there's a lot of quests, I spent 50 hours on it (on the main game + all 4 DLC) to do all the quests. In addition there's also some « quest-like » achievements to do. A great investment for a small price.

Played it on Dreamcast and still playing it now on PC

bulbipop | May 27, 2013 | Review of Jet Set Radio - PC

An original gameplay but a little hard to master, graphics still nice (one of the first game in cel-shading !), a lot of achievement to unlock, even if some are a little weird (« Start game for the first time » ). There are also some bonuses over the Dreamcast version like a making of or some songs from Jet Set Radio Future. And about the music... Jet Set Radio has the best Original Sound Track ever made ! And about that there's even a song about Super Mario Bros inside haha. In short JST is really a must have !

Awesome game

This game is a must have, with a great art style, a revolutionary gameplay where you can cut and move almost any platform or wall to make your way through the game. There's not a lot of music but there are all great too. The story is funny, there's a lot of hidden levels or objects to found but the game is pretty short, I think I spent approximately 5 hours on it but 5 funny hours destroying everything I saw !

Great reboot

bulbipop | April 27, 2013 | Review of Tomb Raider Steam - PC

It's the first Tomb Raider I love, it sounds like a crossover between Uncharted and Assassin's Creed with gunfights, climbing and hidden treasures. Graphics are great and the game is 3D compatible (stereoscopic 3D). I recommend the use of a controller because I don't think keyboards are really good with this kind of game. Now on the other hand it's pretty easy and after 2-3hours it becomes repetitive until the end (approximatively 15h, without collecting all the thing but still with a pretty decent percentage). Not the greatest game on Earth but still a good game that you should buy.
