Hysterical!!!coolronz | April 15, 2014 | Review of Borderlands 2: Mr Torgue's Campaign of Carnage
Mr. Torgue is smack talking muscle bound dude with attitude! This is by far the funniest DLC. Once you complete the main quest, a lot more content is unlocked. I enjoyed this DLC by far the most so far. Mr. Torgue is by far the best background commentator, he's got Hulk Hogan of the 80s one liners, don't miss this one!
Fun little retro waste of time!coolronz | March 8, 2014 | Review of Thunder Wolves
Its almost a slapstick 80's B grade movie slash helicopter simulator. I was honestly expecting a linear shooter.. it is mission based, but theres a lot involved in manoeuvring your helicopter. although someone did say theres no controller support, this is not true, my XB360 wireless worked out of the box. it has a lot of tongue in cheek humor, reminded me of FC3 blood dragon. its a short little game, which is good, because it would get old fast anyways. its a great low budget little shooter, even the PhysX has pretty decent effects.
Fun but Short.coolronz | Jan. 26, 2014 | Review of Borderlands 2: Captain Scarlett & her Pirate's Booty
Interesting story, hilarious bad guys! But surprisingly short. Borderlands 2 in general has tons of side missions and time wasters. Felt more like a $5 DLC... Pretty sure I got in on sale for $5, or would be worth it if you went and bought the GOTY edition. I did really enjoy it, it was just really short, like 2 level ups to finish the campaign. Its a rating of 85 for $5, but for $10, its just not worth it due to being so short.
Very OLDschool...coolronz | Jan. 18, 2014 | Review of Guilty Gear Isuka
Feels like a port of a 80s arcade machine. That being said, controls are clunky, visuals are bad. But it sets out to do what it was meant to do, limited time waster of a classic. I does have controller support which is nice to see, but stuck at 640x480 resolution. You really have to love old school beat-em-ups to appreciate this game. Otherwise, steer clear...
