Must have PC game!

dalbelo | April 2, 2014 | Review of The Witcher II: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition

The Witcher 2 takes place immediately following the Witcher 1. To get the full story, I recommend playing The Witcher 1 first. Witcher 1 is fairly out of date at this point. The gameplay is a bit akward and sluggish but the story is very well written and a very enjoyable experience once you can get use to the controls in The Witcher 1.

The Witcher 2's mechanics were HIGHLY improved as far as controls and how much more fluid your actions are. The visuals are top notch for todays games and the story is more exciting then the Witcher 1 in my opinion. This game is very action packed with decent RPG elements such as level ups, skill trees, side quests, and unlockable gear. Witcher 2 is very action packed and plays at a great pace with a ton of replay value. This game is easily on my top 10 pc games of all time to date.

Amazing!

This is a must buy trilogy! You will want to play all 3 ME games to get the full story. The story is VERY well written and the character development is done very well. I enjoy RPG/Adventures that have a lot of character building and encourage you to become attached to the characters so your reaction to events are more realistic and give a more immersive experience. This game also looks fantastic in 3D! This trilogy is a must buy for any platform!

Fantastic slap stick humor!

dalbelo | April 1, 2014 | Review of South Park™: The Stick of Truth™

I would like to start by saying I do NOT follow the show regularly. I watch an episode occasionally, but I do enjoy it when I do watch. I am familiar with most of the characters and some of the more popular episodes from old to current.

This game is great for story entertainment. It is for mature audience, so the bad words are not bleeped and any naughty animation is not blocked out, which actually makes it a bit more enjoyable for adults to give the feeling of not playing a childrens game. The story line is great and there are so many episodes referenced from something as minor as a piece of junk you may find to sell at a shop or a weapon you find to use.

The only downside I found to the game is it is VERY easy, too easy. If your mind set is to purchase to enjoy a very extended interactive South Park episode, this is a great purchase! If your in it for the challenge, you may want to try a different RPG.
