They managed to top Shift 1 . Even more fun

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of Shift 2 Unleashed - PC

I played the first shift and I loved it and I love this even more and more so due to having bought the DLC. There is a great variety of classes and cars. One of the things I liked with this is that the the drive train of the car actually effecting physical handling. I tended to dive the FWD cars just about and I fount it annoying that you had to drive stock RWD which couldn't go around corners let alone in straight lines to save its life. And the 4WD cars were great fun as you always seemed to be in a small battle with the car in order to send it where you want. Of all the cars the Muscle and Retro cars were the BEST and SUPER as they exerted so much power it would seem all you have to to is point and accelerate provided it would turn. The retro cars wre mind blowing how such an old car could be so freakin powerful and yet handle so amazingly; with the retro merc I would rarely lift off the gas though around corners I would be on two wheels for the most part. Great buy no questions asked

Great pro racing arcade game.

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of Need for Speed Shift - PC

I played this for quite a while and I loved despite it being a far cry from what NFS produces in terms of racing genre. This is probably one of the best since the original Most Wanted and I loved how when playing with all the driving aids turned off using my G27 wheel I could really get into it. This would be worth whatever you pay for it. Though one downside is that when you are doing staged events you couldn't resume from you left off and sometimes you have something like 6+ races in a go which all maybe 5 long laps each. And the Nissan 350z is a great car to get due the level of customization in the game it can rival other cars in Tier 3 races.

Not worth the time or Money.

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of Need for Speed Most Wanted - PC

I have played every NFS game in existence and I must say I was gunning for NFS to re-make Most Wanted in better graphics and a new bigger map though I find it was a cock up compared to how amazing the original was and in the end the new Most Wanted actually was a complete different kettle of fish and they shouldn't have named it Most Wanted. Though I feel they may have done this as the newer NFS games which were being released weren't exactly catching on and so they named it M.W. in order to boost sales. Though one thing which may be preceded as a redeeming feature is that is literally insane police chases. Though in the end there is the internet as a whole in order to aid you decision in buying the game or not.

A Must have - Worth every penny!!

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of Far Cry 3 Deluxe Edition - PC

I adore the FARCRY franchise I had played every one since and what I especially loved about this is the story line and the dynamic campaign such that the way you carry out missions and base captures actually has an effect upon the whole experience. I love stealth games and how you can make the AI go nuts and never show yourself. I loved the animals in cages at bases and how you could use them and how you could use alarms to create a death pile up but they could be a pain in the butt literally some times whilst trying to carry out something but I guess thats what Murphys Law is all about. In addition the AI voice is funny in the way they refer to the powerup tatoos.

Crazy box of Kittens.

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of Dirt Showdown - PC

I got this through a competition and it was absolute fun. The only problem is it felt a bit short and repetitive due to most of time it would seem that you either run around in circles for hours on end or attempting to ram the living daylights of other cars. I anticipated their would be a bit more rally or road racing due it being a Dirt game. Though not to sure I would've bought this game due to the time it took to complete it.

Freakin Awesome

fishey334 | March 5, 2014 | Review of DiRT 3 - PC

I have been playing this for a while now and all I can say it is great. I find that its variance of game terrain and modes is awesome. I love the on the edge snow rallying and then you can just go around drifting Battersea park. Its a great game and will last you a long time

Amazing game and gameplay

fishey334 | Feb. 27, 2014 | Review of Thief Steam - PC

I have been a loyal member of the Assassins Creed and Thief franchise. Though as good as other games are the game play of this is phenomenal. You have a massive amount freedom in what you can do and how you carry out things and the thrill of being unseen. Though it isn't as graphically advanced for its age in this day though ultimately in this age you seem to have to make a sacrifice for graphics for game play and they pull this off the game is riddled with bugs. This is a great buy - Worth every penny!!!
