Nice new features, but some flaws...gege_le_keke | Oct. 27, 2013 | Review of Rocksmith 2014
If you've playd Rocksmith 1 before, you'll be amazed by the tons of new features that the new game packs.
First of all, the menus are now easly browsable with the mouse. No more spending 30 minutes in a menu to play a song.
The other major improvement is that the game is more demanding regarding rythm accuracy. Rocksmith 1 was too forgiving on this and allow to play a note later than it should be. This has been fixed and you really need to be more accurate.
The guitarcade games are accessible without having to unlock them: genius! They are also more interesting and less basic than the previous ones.
Session mode is very promising, but I didn't have the chance to use it long enough.
Great value for moneygege_le_keke | Sept. 27, 2013 | Review of Borderlands 2 Season Pass
This season pass adds all major DLC for Borderlands 2. And by major DLC, I mean tens of hours of gameplay in addition to the base game.
You even get the Ultimate vault hunter upgrade, which raises the level cap to 60 (you can then buy the 2nd ultimate vault hunter upgrade to get 10 levels more).
The Mechromancer is a nice classe to have as well, though I honestly don't really like the gameplay of this class, but some people only play Mechromancer so it must be fun as well !
The Tiny Tina DLC is the best one in my opinion, with various classic RPG references, easter eggs, marvelous environments and a lot of humor.
So don't hesitate, this season pass is like a whole new game !
Disappointinggege_le_keke | May 9, 2011 | Review of Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword DNS
I love M&B, especially Warband, so I was excited about this new episode. Sadly, this game has many flaws. First of all, it is kind of buggy, but I'm sure that some patches will sort out this little problem. What really annoys me is that the firearms are too realistic. These one shot one kill weapons make the battles really slow because of the time needed to reload. The map isn't very interesting, and the name of the cities are impossible to remember. However, I really enjoyed the historical background. The recruiting system is weird, I really prefer the previous one. I think this game could have been a M&B: Warband mod instead of a full game...
Seriously?gege_le_keke | May 9, 2011 | Review of Mafia II DLC: Greaser Pack
If you have no problem paying 3€ for 2 in game vehicle, that's up to you. Personally, I can't understand it. In my opinion you should wait for a discount or a DLC pack if you really want these, because as it is now they are way too expensive.
The ultimate city buildergege_le_keke | May 9, 2011 | Review of Cities XL 2011
If you loved the Sim City games, you can't miss Cities XL 2011.
The diversity of the game is stunning, there are loads of content like buildings and monuments which ensure that your city will be unique. You can create connections between your cities in order to trade between them, which is a sweet feature. If you played Sim City 4: Rush hour, you'll be familiar with the transport system that lets you build bridges and public transportation. The economy part of the game is also very neat, you have access to all the information you need in order to balance the taxes and cut fundings.
A must have for any sim-loving fan!
