Better than expected...harrykirkby | Dec. 5, 2013 | Review of Mafia II
Not sure how I ended up with this game, and frankly, however I did I'm grateful. For a game that is years old, my first expectation was for it to be quite lame, not very fun or just a plain copy of GTA.
Boy was I wrong. Mafia 2, being my first Mafia game anyway, enriched the whole series into one full throttle, action packed game that kept me in love ever since day one. The game proved me that GTA can be beaten, such as GTA 4 being slaughtered by this game, and I can't recommend this anymore. The transition between 1940-1960 throughout the game is outstanding, recaptures all my history lessons as a kid.
Spectacular, the REAL Walking Deadharrykirkby | May 27, 2013 | Review of The Walking Dead
As you may of seen, there are multiple games titled 'The Walking Dead', however this was the one that kept me gripped in. I love the fact you can choose every single individual piece of how the life of your character pans out, and that you can choose who to save and who not to. Really makes you feel more intrigued in the game and wanting more. A rare 100 from me.
Absoluteness fantasticharrykirkby | May 27, 2013 | Review of Alan Wake: Collector's Edition
Not had a game like this before. This game, literally kept me jumping out my skin with my headset on throughout the game. It's a great storyline about Alan and his commitment to his writing and finding himself, really digs you in and keeps you entertained for a long period of time.
Outstanding, for a first timeharrykirkby | May 27, 2013 | Review of Sleeping Dogs: Limited Edition
I was excited for this game ever since it's original title of True Crime HK. I was always a fan of True Crime games and this was was no let down, it is a sleek and outstanding game. Recently owned it on Xbox 360 and after moving to the PC, I've had no doubts in why I bought it and kept it. Phenomenal for a brand new style of game to those used to GTA in America.
