One of the best indie games ever madehugemouth | Dec. 9, 2012 | Review of Super Meat Boy
Probably the hardest game i have ever played, bought it a year and a half ago and i am still playing it with at list 10 levels left (out of almost 300). the longest levels are 60 seconds or so but you are going to fail often, it could take several hours to finish some of them. the art style is great and funny, the sound is also great. the soundtrack is one of the best, you should buy it even if you don't like the game itself. this is an endless treat with 300 original levels and countless downloadable levels, you get a level editor with it and some of the community made levels are just brutal. buy it and then buy it again!
best post COD4:MW entryhugemouth | Dec. 9, 2012 | Review of Call of Duty: Black Ops
better then MW2, MW3 and BLOPS2 and the only one that is close to having everything PC games should have. Still fun to play and now when all the kids are gone most of the players are really good. the SP is great, love the story and the voice work is amazing. zombies is fun but not a huge improvement over WAW. MP is solid, less laggy then other COD games, guns are great and you get a lot off game modes. Thanks to the modding tools you can also get some really cool content from the community, new game modes (zombies VS players and kill confirmed) and other crazy things. One last thing, and a very important one, you can have a 12 and even 18 players GUN GAME matches! even if you already own MW3 and BLOPS2 you should go back of this one.
solid game, best FAR CRY so farhugemouth | Dec. 9, 2012 | Review of Far Cry 3
Great game, one of the best open world game I ever played. Sadly it came out to late in order to get a game of the year nominee this year, could have won at list one. Fast travel is great but they managed to make it so fun to travel in the world that you often forget to use it. shooting is rock solid, movement is great, not a lot of bugs like in other open world games and the game is beautiful. go ahead and buy it!
there are no more games like XCOMhugemouth | Nov. 1, 2012 | Review of XCOM: Enemy Unknown dns
This is probably my best purchase of the year. I pre-ordered from GMG and i am having a blast. Good to see games going back to the old age when games had some challenge in them, you should really pay attention to every step when you are playing this game. Also make sure you keep a close eye on the panic level of every country and your resources, I had to start a new game after some bad choices. It take some time to get used to the game and knowing how to priorities things but when you get it right it just feels great. Go ahead and buy the game!
OMG!!!hugemouth | Nov. 1, 2012 | Review of VVVVVV
One of the hardest and most fun games ever made. If you like games like SUPER MEAT BOY you should buy this game. It is challenging like hell, prepare to rage quit often and to play the same 1 minute level for over an hour :D The soundtrack is also AMAZING, you should buy it too ;)
A great puzzle gamehugemouth | Oct. 8, 2012 | Review of World of Goo
World Of Goo is one of the best indie games released to date. If you didn't have the chance to play it you should buy it, for the price asked it is one of the best deals you can make. This is a physics based puzzle game, a simple idea yet a very challenging result. You have an X amount of Goo blobs and you have to build a solid structure with them in order to get a certain amount of Goo blobs to a pipeline. As you progress you get different types of Goo blobs and have to deal with gravity, wind etc. A great and uber fun game for just 2.99$ :O I think I even saw it here on GMG for just 0.99 or 1.99.
