Great Fun but Repetative

kennedyzak | April 26, 2013 | Review of Scribblenauts Unlimited NA - PC

This game is a wonderful example of a game which fun factor is only hindered by your imagination and creativity. its always fun to solve simple problems with over-the-top solutions and maybe just enjoying torching an entire town with a pink dragon flamethrower you made yourself. As the game goes on though, you will find the game play gets pretty repetitive and somewhat bland. the story line is pretty dull and there really is nothing that moves the story along besides the constant reminding that your trying to save your sister. If the story line had more power too it, and if the game play had some moments of change up the game would be a upwards to a 90 in my book, but for now I will have to put it at a 64. Great fun to start, but boring later on.

Great Racing Game!

kennedyzak | April 26, 2013 | Review of DiRT 3 - PC

Dirt 3 is everything you could want in a racing game. It looks great, the cars handle wonderfully (and if they don't you can adjust them to your liking) and the audio is incredible. I cannot stress how well made this game is! The racing is a fun and exillerating experience which is only improved by the incredible looking environment and wonderfully competitive AI. When it comes to issues with the game, I only had problems dealing with the animation that I would have to go through just to get to the next page of the menu.

Amazingly Fun and Relaxing

kennedyzak | April 26, 2013 | Review of Euro Truck Simulator 2 STEAM - PC

For being a trucking simulator, I found this game to be oddly enjoyable and fun. If you want a game that you can just turn on your music and enjoy several relaxing hours driving through the incredibly accurate roads of Europe, then this is the game for you. The only downsides I found were that you had to copy your own music into a custom directory created for the game in order to actually play your own music, a simple file browser would be a great addition. I also found that the physics can get a little "wonky" sometimes, but that doesn't take too much away from the game play.

Fun, but lacking

kennedyzak | Dec. 9, 2012 | Review of Tropico 3 - PC

Tropico 3 is a great management game where you play as El Presidente running a small tropical island. It has some really nice features as far as construction and politics go, but after a few hours of play these can become old especially as they game could be harder. You will find your self repeating steps in order to keep your people happy, and their building options are quite small. Overall its a fun game at first, I enjoyed it, but if you have the money I would recommend getting Tropico 4 instead.
