The best racer since F-Zero GX.kokujin | March 2, 2013 | Review of Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed
The first All Star racing was great on its on right, but this game takes everything to the next level.More Sega nostalgia, better racing mechanics, and an awesome roster. If like racing games then you owe it yourself to play this game.
One of the most unique RPGs ever made.kokujin | March 2, 2013 | Review of The Last Remnant Overflow
Let me just say that the story in this game is garbage for the most part, but there are some great NPCs that really standout.Having said that, everything else in this game is incredible. The combat is simply amazing, at first things may appear to be random, but most of the work comes from you building a working party.Your party consists of unions, and your attacks in the battle are determined by who's in that union and what skills they possess. For instance, if you want a a union to have the chance to cast mystic arts, you'd use predominantly mystic users in that union.Aesthetically the game is gorgeous, plenty of effects in battle and clean texture work, it's also runs pretty well on lower end PCs.When it comes to audio, this game is damn near perfect. The voice acting is surprisingly well done, save for the main character, but everything else is top notch. The real star of the game though is easily the soundtrack, there is nothing wrong with it, and the quality is probably the best I've seen this generation. In the end, if you can look past the story being so stale, then you have one of the most unique games on the market right now.I thank god Square Enix decided to port this game, it was decent on the consoles, but it really shines on PC.
