Finally, a good linear game!

mattpatterson | Oct. 25, 2013 | Review of Tomb Raider overflow 4 - PC

Usually when games are rebooted (duke nukem etc) they don't turn out as good as they have been hyped up to be. The new tomb raider reboot was not the same case and was actually surprisingly good! Yeah the game is linear, but it's been made so well that it's actually not such a big deal. The cinematics are awesome and Lara Croft get's hurt so badly throughout you could almost cringe. Whether you loved the previous games or you didn't, check this game out.. you will enjoy it!

A great, realistic racing game!

mattpatterson | Oct. 13, 2013 | Review of GRID Overflow 1 - PC

Most racing games these days forget the fundamentals of being a racing game. Whether it's just out of control driving where it is not realistic what so ever, there is no car damage, or there is too much driving assistance automatically set to the game. This game provides a proper racing challenge and can deem to be very difficult at times. I love the way you can choose your name and they say it throughout the game! Little things like that is what keeps this game at the top. It's also said this is better than Grid 2 so keep that in mind when purchasing!

Oh.. the nostalgia!

If you love games that provide a real challenge and love side scrollers then this game is definitely for you! Another world has a great short story which involves you teleporting to another world and escaping from a hoard of treacherous monsters. It's one of those games that you pretty much gotta figure out how to play on your own. No tutorials, no guides on where to go - just find your own way.
