One of the best sandbox games out there

microsnitch | Sept. 12, 2013 | Review of Just Cause 2 - PC

I remember when I did not have the right specs to play this game on my PC. I just watch videos related to Just Cause 2 and thought how wonderful the game was. When I got my laptop that can run this game I was very happy and bought the game when I had the chance. It never failed me. You can do almost anything in this game. You'll be able to go to any place as long as you can see it. ANYWHERE! What you saw in the video is nothing when you are the one playing it. The experience is great. It's pretty polished and optimized on PC too (better optimized than GTA IV to be honest). Get this game or bundles that includes this game at a cheaper price. But this game is just $15 when not on sale. Come on! Just buy it.

Worth It!

microsnitch | Sept. 12, 2013 | Review of Tomb Raider Pack - PC

Buying the Tomb Raider (2013) for the price of this bundle is a great deal alone. You get almost all games from 1st, 2nd and 3rd era of Tomb Raider (you'll only be missing the anniversary which is essentially just a remake of the first Tomb Raider). I remember playing the Tomb Raider I and II on my PlayStation and It was very hard. The controls and the puzzles were hard for me that time when I was still a kid. The controls are greatly improved with the newer Tomb Raider games. This is a Classic that you should not miss! Especially of this is on sale, there's no excuse not to get it.

GTA IV is fun but it has it's flaws

microsnitch | Sept. 9, 2013 | Review of Grand Theft Auto IV Steam - PC

I really like playing this game. You are controlling the main character Niko. I was quite interested at first but overall, the story is just okay. The gameplay could be repetitive sometimes but really, it's fun. Regarding the graphics, well, it does not really look that good but is nevertheless improvement over GTA III. However, I am quite disappointed that the game is not quite optimized on PC. There are certain hiccups/lag when I play this game and it does not matter whether I have my video setting on High nor Low. I am playing the game on my Intel Core i5 with radeon 5730 HD. I know I do not have the greatest specifications but the game is playable on around 30-48fps. The game needs a great processor. If you have quad core and a good graphics card, you should not be having trouble playing the game a great framerates. What makes this game stand out? MODS. The available MODS to improve the graphics and whatnot. The game is not dead yet.

Fun multiplayer platform game to play with your friends

microsnitch | Sept. 9, 2013 | Review of The Showdown Effect - PC

Me and my friends bought this game to battle with each other. It is a great game. You can search/view the server(s) in-game that your friends created. This means that it is easier to play with your friends on your Steam account. It was very enjoyable experience playing with your friends and playing with other players online. The only drawback I would say about this game is the amount of players playing this game is quite low. I wish there are more players playing this game so there would be more servers and people to play with when my friends are not online. I would recommend to get this game if it is on sale.

Great story with great graphics

microsnitch | Sept. 9, 2013 | Review of Alan Wake Collectors Bundle - PC

This game is not like any other game. The plot of the story is very good and is divided into episodes. I was hooked. Will make one want to play episode after episode. Also, the story is not predictable. I like it. The graphics are all good and smooth and I've only experience minor lag on my 3 year old laptop on High settings. An excellent and optimized PC version!
