The Sleeping Underdog

oGk_MalicE | May 15, 2013 | Review of Sleeping Dogs: Limited Edition

Imagine GTA, but with a much deeper, personal story line and more martial arts than gun play, that is the exquisite Sleeping Dogs in a nutshell.

I was hesitant to play at first, started of with the tutorial and then left it for 2 months. But when I did pick it up again I couldn't put it down again. Days went buy as I immersed myself into the Honk Kong crime syndicate.

The intriguing plot, non-stop action and brilliant soundtrack sets the pace for hours of enjoyment, 27 hours for me to be exact, with no DLC's. And by the end I still had loads of side missions left to do.

If you're a fan of the 3rd person open world genre and looking for something fresh, then look no further!

Best. Remake. Ever.

oGk_MalicE | May 15, 2013 | Review of XCOM: Enemy Unknown dns

I have been waiting many years for a decent remake of XCOM after playing the originals to death. Not only did Firaxis succeed in doing a really good job of this remake, but also managed to improve on the original concept (well, in my opinion at least)

XCOM rates best game of 2012 in the strategy division in my books. It doesn't get boring and there are many ways to play, so it has a lot of replay value. And even the multiplayer isn't half bad either.

A definite MUST HAVE for fans of the old games!
