Cheap, Fun, Wastes a Few Hours, What More Do You Want?

robthegamer | Oct. 16, 2013 | Review of DLC Quest

The concept of the game is genius. It is a parody that takes the mick out of big game companys who charge so much money for so little. It is £2. TWO POUNDS! I picked it up with only hearing good things. I was not disappointed. When you can buy DLC to move and get the pause menu, you know what you are in for. The smallest details that you take for granted in a game, that game companys are probarbly thinking about putting out as DLC. Great game, well worth the money!

Great Game, Great DLC, Great Time!

robthegamer | Oct. 16, 2013 | Review of Sid Meier's Civilization® V

Before I bought myself civilization v last year, strategy games were the last thing on my mind. I decided to pick it up, as I had a few extra pounds, and it was fairly cheap. I installed it straight away and was surprised by how good the graphics were. For a typical fps gamer, this was a culture shock to me. The BNW expansion adds depth to the already intricate system of civ v. In the base game alone a long time was spent on many different saves. In my opinion, Civ V is a game that can turn any type of gamer into a full on strategy geek, who can just lose themselves in any type of strategy game, whither it be turn based, or real time strategy. Great game for anybody getting into strategy games.
