Cute and Fun but not much Replay Value

rolliejoe | July 18, 2013 | Review of Knights of Pen & Paper: +1 Edition

I had a blast with this game the first time through, even made me laugh a few times. Definitely worth a play through, but after you've completed the game there isn't much incentive to go through it again. I got my $10 worth though, so I'm happy.

Worth It

rolliejoe | July 17, 2013 | Review of Ride to Hell Retribution: Cooks Mad Recipe DLC

If you enjoy Ride to Hell this DLC is a good value. For under $5 you get a really fun new boss fight and 1-2 hours of extra gameplay, along with a new gun. It was enjoyable enough that you'll want to do the new boss at least a few times. Shame that the Kickstarter for Road Rash remake failed but meanwhile we at least have games like this.

Surprising Amount of Content

rolliejoe | July 17, 2013 | Review of Crazy Cars

Played this one some time ago when it first came out. While its not a "AAA" production this game really has a surprising amount of things to do, lots of content and cars. One other big plus is it has a great sense of speed. For a value title my only major complaint was that I could never get the multiplayer to work (or maybe there wasn't anyone playing). Now that its on Capsule could be worth another look just for that.

Not Bad, But Not Spectacular

rolliejoe | July 11, 2013 | Review of Jack Keane 2: The Fire Within

A solid sequel that somehow falls a bit short of the original. The game looks good, and fans of the first entry in the series will probably enjoy this game as well, but it doesn't bring much new to the table. Aside from that it could have used a couple more months of polish, as some tech bugs get in the way.
