Simply amazing!sYncz | Jan. 26, 2013 | Review of L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition
Become a detective during post war era and solve crimes on the streets of LA. You will follow a career path of a policeman as he searches for clues, interviews people and decides whenever they are telling the truth or not. Unique game with top-notch facial expressions, soundtrack and overall design. The only thing that might not fancy PC players is 30FPS framerate cap, which seem make the game a bit less fluid, but then again it's not an first person shooter and most of the time is spent by investigating the crime scenes, driving around the town or chasing down the suspects.
Assassinate in stylesYncz | Jan. 26, 2013 | Review of Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe Edition
Amazing wall climbing simulator! All jokes aside it's a great game with a breathtaking story set in 15th century Italy. The game features a unique and fitting soundtrack as well as many historically famous people, inventions and events. Assassins Creed 2 has a rather lengthy story and bunch of optional missions. In addition you can collect things like paintings, feathers, armor sets, weapons, statues, etc. It should be noted that level design is also very good, many historical buildings can be seen around the city. Only downside is that the game should be played with a controller, otherwise the keyboard controls seemed a bit awkward and I went on to play with a controller instead. This was the first game of Assassin's Creed series that I played... and I loved it.
Decent zombie gamesYncz | Jan. 26, 2013 | Review of Dead Island: Game of the Year (v1)
Dead Island is a RPG/FPS zombie game where you can team up with up to three friends in CO-OP mode and go into dangerous zombie infested world to survive and do various quests. Every character has his/her own skill tree where you can spend skill points which you gain by leveling up your character. What I like about this game is that you mostly end up using melee weapons rather than shooting your way trough the zombies, the weapons have durability where by they could get to the point of breaking if not repaired properly, also they can be modified with some awesome mods. In the end I would pick this game over something like Left 4 Dead 2.
Gets boring fastsYncz | Jan. 2, 2013 | Review of Killing Floor
Wave after wave of zombies, level up after level up. Game has nothing much to it, lacks any kind of story or character, also it is not very polished, zombie animations seem clunky. Honestly, lately there have been many other zombie or survival games that do survival aspect of the game much better. Only way this game is remotely enjoyable is if you have couple a friends on teamspeak to play together with, then at least you can hear them scream for help...and ignore them.
Open world fighting gamesYncz | Jan. 2, 2013 | Review of Sleeping Dogs: Limited Edition
Great game, contains lots of things for you to do. Sleeping Dogs has two view points of the main story - undercover cop and the gangster, where you do missions for the
Sun On Yee or complete undercover cases. Races with bikes, cars, boats are quite fun, also you can do wide variety of favors, which are smaller side-missions that involve various tasks, if you are up to the challenge then attending fight clubs to test your skills is a good idea. In addition you can work as debt collector or steal a cars for clients who are looking for a specific car. Overall fighting could be hard at times, especially in the begging of the game if you manage to get in the wrong neighborhood and have no clue how to perform some good moves and combos. The game is focuses more on fighting rather than shooting like most games, also the fighting mechanics are well designed and it feels rewarding when you do a roundhouse kick to the face.
Good dlcsYncz | Sept. 15, 2012 | Review of Deus Ex Human Revolution: Tactical Enhancement Pack
A sniper rifle, shotgun and 10'000 credits together are worthy of this dlc's price. Fancy a close up combat? Take the shotgun. Want to surprise enemies from distance? Take the sniper. This dlc doesn't add anything to gameplay, but for the price of it, you can't really complain about that. Not recommended for those who want to go with stealth style.
Not so bad after allsYncz | Sept. 15, 2012 | Review of Mafia II DLC: Joe's Adventure
This dlc will let you see the world from Joe's perspective, unfortunately the extension to main story is a rather short one and will be over in less than an hour. In addition you get many arcade style missions where you can try your best and compete for top spots on leader boards, so it's not so short after all. Also there are some new areas waiting to get explored.
Somewhat good dlcsYncz | Aug. 24, 2012 | Review of Mafia II DLC: Vegas Pack
Mafia II Vegas Pack DLC adds two new cars and two new suits to the game. Jefferson Futura (aka Lincoln Futura) is my favorite car in-game due to it's stylish looks. Pair it up with included Cowboy suit and you will have a great combo.
Since it doesn't add anything to gameplay, the DLC might not be worth the full price, but if it's on sale, you should get it to enhance your Mafia II experience further.
Avoid...sYncz | Aug. 24, 2012 | Review of Nexuiz
It's simply awful. They tried to make a new Q3 Arena-like game and they failed. In game voice-acting is simply the worst and to top it off there is also annoying dubstep/techno music in the background. Thanks to CryEngine movement feels similatar to awkward. Also I would like to mention that matchmaking is plain joke. Within one server there were two players with less than 20ms ping, 3 players within 30-70ms and 3 players with ping 200ms and more, one guy had 500ms and was warping all over the place. Just go play Quake Live instead. On the plus side: graphics do look nice.
Destroy...everythingsYncz | Aug. 24, 2012 | Review of Just Cause 2
One of the best games I have ever played, huge open world environment, it would take half day to run across the whole map, 50+ missions, over 1000 of collectibles and over 100 vehicles and bunch of car/boat/plane challenges. The best part is that main objective of this game is to destroy and blow everything up!
Good game, bad controllssYncz | Aug. 24, 2012 | Review of Renegade Ops
Pros: Nice looking, cool destruction engine, lots of coop fun, if you have bunch of friends who you can play together with.
Cons: Keyboard controls seem to be really awkward and the game is only playable with a controller. The game might be a bit too short, but dlc makes up for it.
Recommended!sYncz | July 26, 2012 | Review of Metro 2033 PRE
Metro 2033 is set in post apocalyptic world which looks absolutely stunning, one of the best looking games to date. You play as a survivor exploring underground metro tunnels and occasionally going up in the dangerous post-apocalyptic world. You struggle as the story goes along, search for spare ammunition, sneak past beasts and encounter unexpected obstacles. Gameplay is really good, story telling and voice acting is top notch. Variety of guns seem to be average, but it should be enough.

Some earlier DLC's of magicka weren't so useful. However this one is quite awesome, by getting this dlc you unlock three awesome robes. If you can't decide to pick up Horror Props or this, then pick this one.
