Amazing campaign , Multi is Lamesimonsix | Dec. 4, 2012 | Review of Far Cry 3
Far Cry 3 is an amazing game. the story puts you on the edge of your seat from the second it starts. deep, skillfully scripted campaign is something every gamer should experience to enjoy The best blend of story and open-world action I’ve ever played. BUT, multiplayer is not so good. Lame lobby system, matchmaking is not good , laggy all the time.
Good Gamesimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Commandos 2: Men of Courage [Playfire]
Good Game. There's nothing more fun than setting up a plan and killing a myriad of enemies. At first, it was really hard and only because I kept rushing. Finally I got around to accepting this wasn't a rambo-esq style game but more of a stealth and conquer.co-op with 2-3 friends it is astoundingly good .
Fun to playsimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Magicka
It's really fun to play with friends. Solo however it's pretty boring. For an indie game, pretty good. It has a unique gameplay system, is pretty hilarious, and has some great multiplayer. Magicka is definatly a fun game. brings a lot of fun with many magics and spells you can cast, this game is very fun and very re-playable .
A great indie gamesimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Trine
A great game. Though you can't lie and say there are no bugs, you can however say that they work to fix it. Magicka is a game about teamwork and hilarious jokes. For an indie game, pretty good. It has a unique gameplay system, is pretty hilarious, and has some great multiplayer. It's really fun to play with friends. Solo however it's pretty boring.
A beautiful sense of storysimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Trine
The game has a beautiful sense of story telling and dialog. The graphics are very artistic and seem to flow well between characters, monsters, environment, and animations. The only place I found lacking was the gameplay itself. Don't get me wrong the puzzles and how to solve them are fun but the controls and how you interact with the world can be rather sluggish.
A "different" game. in a bad waysimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Aliens vs Predator Pre
This game would've been better if they didn't try so hard to make it such a "different" game from everything that's already out right now. First FPS in years that didn't have a "down the sights" mode when using a gun. You basically aim from the hip, with a tiny crosshair in the center of the screen. The complicated controls, and the lighting is just horrible, I wish i could have actually enjoyed this game. If you want a good shooter with mediocre online play your better off getting Bioshock 2 or even Modern Warfare 2
Typical Splinter Cellsimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent
Typical Splinter Cell but with an extra Action. The storyline branches, depending on what you do. The graphics are very next gen too. Too bad, in few missions there is severe frame rate issues. Personally, I thinks it is unforgivable in a game like Splinter Cell where your movements and subtle moving are everything. Single player is way better than multi, but multi can be fun, if you will find someone to play with...
Must have for fans of the genresimonsix | June 21, 2012 | Review of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas
Must have for fans of the genre, better than most games out there. overall a great experience single and multiplayer, my friends and I cannot get enough. a great first person shooter with many tactical elements. The single player is a lot of fun with many different levels from the streets in Mexico to Casino's in Las Vegas. The online is where this game really shines so many different game modes on good maps. It is an awesome game with the great ability of the squad.
A good copy of Legend of Zelda and God of Warsimonsix | June 20, 2012 | Review of Darksiders
This game combines all of the best elements from both Legend of Zelda and God of War. Anyone who was a fan of either two games will feel right at home with this game. I myself am nearly finished with the game, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. There should be more hack and slash games of this quality.
Better than its predecessor in every waysimonsix | June 20, 2012 | Review of Batman: Arkham City
Arkham City is better than its predecessor in every way, and that says a lot. How is it better you ask? In Arkham City, there is more to do. Instead of just main story missions there are also side missions, collectibles, and Riddler Challenges. Its not easy to expand what was a fairly linear start to the series and open it out into a huge open world, but Arkham City's upgrade into the big city from the confined space of the Asylum couldn't have gone better.
A huge disappointmentsimonsix | June 20, 2012 | Review of Mafia II dns
A huge disappointment mostly because of lack of the open world environment, side missions and characters, completely linear story. Often the game doesn't allow you to perform random activities - simply blocking friendly fire or scripting way to much. The original Mafia was a cinematic, emotional, expressive and great gaming experience, visuals were outstanding for its time, the original city was beautiful and massive. The story and it's characters were the best part, very mature and well developed.
A brilliant Batman gamesimonsix | June 20, 2012 | Review of Batman: Arkham Asylum
Great game, worth buying. The graphics are great, as are the controls and general atmosphere of the world. An compelling, original story. Good controls, and fun fighting techniques, unique characters, and it looked great all the while. It's everything a super hero game needed to be.it's a brilliant Batman game and I expect better from the sequel.
Simply an excellent gamesimonsix | June 20, 2012 | Review of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (NA)
This is simply an excellent game. I mean, it is a must have. Open, grand, beautiful, rich and several other words have ebeen used to describe this game, and it is all true. A long awaited sequel, that delivers on every promise, which in it self is an achevement. The improvements over Oblivion are huge. The way the fighting has changed Games like these are one in a decade.
A good RTS gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Men of War: Assault Squad [Playfire]
A good game. Maps are polished, units are detailed, core gameplay is very nice, especially on assault zones. It's a game that has a lot of unwritten concepts and a steep initial learning curve, but once the micromanagement of sandbags and grenades is mastered, cerebrally rewarding gameplay unfolds.
Great gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Driver San Francisco
Great game. The driving is tight and looks great, love there being licensed cars. The variety of missions and cars allows you to jump in at any time and progress your storyline or just have some fun.
The car models are very detailed and look great. The only downside is a bit more attention could have been provided to the surrounding environs.
A great driving gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Driver San Francisco Deluxe Edition

A good 2D platformersimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Chester
A good 2D platformer which was originally XBL only, The game itself is rather worthy of your time – 10 playable characters, 8 different aesthetic styles across about 50 madcap levels.
A Quality gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Football Manager 2012
Quality game if you want to get into the nuances of managing a football team. Still the best game of the sports management genre. Tactic creation of AI managers are not the best. The only con that i see is the AI management potential of the game. The match graphics are extremely sharp and the stadium's look really good. Well done.
Bad gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Conflict: Denied Ops [Playfire]
The worst in the conflict series, rushed and amateurish. Just about one of the worst shooter I have ever played. Suggest you avoid it. Very unoriginal and so many better games out there right now.
Nothing else like itsimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Battlestations Pacific [Playfire]
The level of detail into the maps was awesome, however, I liked the simplistic strategic map of Midway, which has become confusing and bulky in this one. There is never a dull moment BUT the mechanics destroy the concept.
Surprisingly well put togethersimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Battlestations Midway [Playfire]
This is a surprisingly well put together game. The single biggest drawback is that during battles with multiple units you spend most of your time playing on the map screen to coordinate everything. The campaign is too SHORT.
An okay gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Dungeon Siege III
This game doesn't hold the same feel of the original D.Siege series. It has a semi-linear skill leveling mechanism where all playable characters will have, eg.Game started out ok and it's fun to get lots of loot drops. But it reaches a point where you're doing an awful lot of running back and forth looking for another quest.
Good game, especially coop.simonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Lara Croft And The Guardian Of Light
Good game, especially coop. The combination of puzzles and action is well done. Fans of the Tombraider games have to keep in mind that this a different type of game. The controls are incredible. Mouse and keyboard or gamepad both work great. Excellent graphics and top down action with puzzles that don't punish the player.
Worthy successor to the originalsimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Tomb Raider: Legend DNS
The first worthy successor to the original game in the series. The story is engaging and in the same spirit as the original. The pacing is excellent with some breathtaking scenery and a heroic soundtrack. Too bad shooting is the only way to resolve conflicts
Decent gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Tomb Raider: Underworld DNS
Decent game, and a decent Tomb Raider. Nice visuals, nice animations, solid gameplay some of the puzzles are evry creative and fun. The game was clearly rushed though, The level design is inconsistent, ie the Thailand stage is brilliant, but the one under Croft Manor is dull.
Entertaining single playersimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Project Snowblind [Playfire]
Entertaining single player with great weaponry. A straight action game, run and gun, loads of weapons, full on action and tremendous fun. I played it all through and I don't regret it.
Tons of options in finishing levelssimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Deus Ex: Invisible War [Playfire]
Deus Ex gives you tons of options in finishing levels, as well as gives many side quests to keep you entertained, though the endings were quite disappointing. Although, it is a bit more linear than a traditional RPG, it does offer some FPShooter thrills. Not as perfect as Deus EX.
The story is good, but..simonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Days
Single Player is repetitive and is more just a one dimensional cover to cover shooter without all the exciting set pieces that make cover to cover shooters fun.The story is good, but a little disappointing. The cover system is pointless and only serves to get you killed multiple times by magical enemy bullets. The weapons, aiming, and corresponding ability to hit an enemy seem to be tied completely to chance and incredibly absurd accuracy balancing.
An interresting experiencesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Hitman: Blood Money [Playfire]
an interesting experience with its flaws, but the gameplay makes up for it. once you figure it out, you can go through the white house mission without using anything more than the fibrewire. As you progress you can get access to better upgrades for your weapons, and you are able to replay past levels with your upgrades. You're not going to be disappointed.
A great action gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Painkiller Black Edition DNS
This is a great action game in the tradition of the Doom games. It has great graphics and awsome cut scenes. It is mindless violence, and like Serious Sam, is a throwback to old games like Doom, but with better graphics. If you loved Doom, Serious Sam, or any other similar game (Quake, Heretic, etc), you should try this game
Worthy of its predecessorssimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Thief: Deadly Shadows [Playfire]
A great game, worthy of its predecessors. Great stealth system (may not be the best in today's standards, but definitely above par). Fun gadgets and great story. you have option to either kill or sneak through. AI is excellent.
a truly good action gamesimonsix | June 18, 2012 | Review of Just Cause 2
Just Cause 2 is a truly good action game, with an amazing 600 square mile map. JC2 is worth both your time and your money. The possibilities to explore the Island of Panau, torture civilians and inflict chaos are endless. A great game that shouldn't be missed by anyone.
Not good as the first Bioshocksimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of BioShock® 2 DNS
Not good as the first Bioshock, but it is still a pretty good game. I didn't have the reaction I had for the first game while playing this game, and that disappointed me.The entire premise of the game is being able to play as a big daddy, but you never actually feel like the terrifying monstrosities from the first Bioshock.
Simply brilliantsimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of BioShock DNS
Simply brilliant, vibrant world that just goes so smoothly. I absolutely love the Art direction of this game along as the music and theme of this game. Above it all, it's fun to play. It's a nice mix of FPS, and RPG. The story is immersive and has numerous twists and turns. The graphics and gameplay all exceptionally well done and really draw you into the story. This game rasises the bar for what a video game can be. A must have.
Not my cup of tea.simonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of BioShock DNS
Brink is a class-based first-person shooter that attempts to change the established formula of shooters by introducing class-specific objectives, vast character customization and a parkour-like maneuverability system. Nice CO-OP missions. The free play sucks, don't do that. The graphics aren't the best but Gameplay is ok, bit laggy, Missions are great, Weapons are good, except the shotguns. Not my cup of tea.
A beautiful gamesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of RAGE: Special Edition (International)
beautiful game. While the desert wasteland apocalypse open world theme seems to be commonplace in games these past few years, Rage stands above the rest. But Most of it takes the form of find a person, get a job, perform the job, and return to collect reward. There are some nifty specializations and vehicles to drive, but nothing quite groundbreaking.
Mulitiplayer is where ith shinessimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Homefront
A lot of mixed feelings about the game. The A.I. is absolutely horrible. Your teammates are completely worthless. The game is super short. No complaints there though, it ended when it started to get repetitive. The multiplayer is actually the best part of the game. Fast paced but balanced and quite tactical, somewhere between mw2 and bfbc2.
Great game but the formula is getting oldsimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Call of Duty: Black Ops
Call of Duty Black Ops doesn't do much to advance the series or change up the 'winning formula' that Call of Duty 4 established. Developed by Treyarch, they have once again made only refinements to the multi-player experience. The removal of juggernaut and stopping power perks is a good idea, as well as toning the kill-streaks down.
Copy-paste from the last twosimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Assassins Creed Revelations
Assassin's Creed games used to get better with every sequal. that is not the case with Revelations. The game mixes things up by focusing on Desmond's perspective but the storyline is rather shallow. The entire Assassin's Creed franchise would be better without the modern day secondary storyline.Quality graphics, sound, and story
An adictive multiplayersimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
Modern warfare 2 is a great FPS game. i loved the single player mode. and the multiplayer was amazing. This is simply one of the greatest shooters i have ever played and it never failed to amaze me with inspiring graphics, thrilling set pieces and adictive multiplayer.
An average racing gamesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of DiRT Showdown
For a shot time it feels like an entertaining game. The handling is very easy, but the destruction derby mood of the game could be a little bit frustrating. lengthy load times, and what you get is an average racing game
Amazing gamesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Assassin's Creed 2 Deluxe Edition
Improvement on the original in many ways. The gameplay is top notch, also the writing, voice acting, and environment . My favorite part of this game is probably the story. The story hits that perfect balance between being complicated while also being well put together and understandable. From start to finish, it is full of a fresh variety of activities and action. Each mission becomes memorable for their own distinct flavor and style. Overall- Amazing game
a realistic military simulation that works most of the time.simonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of ARMA II Operation Arrowhead
Operation Arrowhead shows a few interesting improvement in the ARMA II formula. And is still the more realistic war simulator available. Now the game actually is what it should have been right from the start: a realistic military simulation that works most of the time.
Fantastic game with great storysimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Assassins Creed
Fantastic game with great story and gourgerous graphics. What really makes it shine is the story, which has many twists and suprises, and always feels very compelling. Innovative for its time, it blended genres and seemed to take the best of Action, stealth and the essence of RPG.
The best Total War gamesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Total War: Shogun 2
the best Total War game yet, This game never gets boring and the plot twists are great and the ability upgrade yourself with augs is great to. The worst problem of the previous games, the AI, has been improved substantially. This is a defining classing of gaming, if you have not played it yet there is no excuse. get it!
One of the best game ever!simonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition DNS
One of the best game ever! Perfect design comes together with really useful RPG element. Truly a great game with an amazingly twisted storyline and plot that could be beaten in one one of four different ways. An intriguing storyline and memorable characters make this game one of the very best.
A great gamesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Deus Ex: Human Revolution Augmented Edition
Deus Ex: Human Revolution is a great game, but is not as great as the original. A solid, fun shooter. The aiming mechanics are fine, and although occasionally frustrating, the cover system works fine. Storyline and the characters are interesting. The voice acting is good, the action is excellent, and the atmosphere is dark and gritty.
Enjoyablesimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Max Payne 3 DNS
singleplayer reference : a different game from Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2. it's quite a short game, about 8 hours (on medium). This game is like an interactive movie player. You can pause every millisecond of the action but you can not SAVE the game (auto save system) . Overall tthe game is really enjoyable. a lot of action and a lot of graphics options, high-resolution textures, animations etc.
Fun 2 playsimonsix | June 15, 2012 | Review of Kane & Lynch: Dead Men
You can run, crouch, throw some rubberballgrenades, aim and shoot. That's pretty much all. Kane&Lynch is so damn simple! It's nice to have a game like this, when you just want to relax and shoot some people
Great game. Definitely one of the bestsimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Thief: Deadly Shadows [Playfire]
This is absolutely one of my favorite stealth games so far. This game is cool because if you stay in the shadows to listen to the unsuspecting potential victims they for no reason might talk to they're friends about they're treasures or talk about other things that you as Garet our antagonistic protagonist might wanna check out.
New Fresh Idea's...butsimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Cryostasis
wouldn't say that Cryostasis is a GREAT GAME, but I will say that It deserves a solid rental and a consideration for buying it. People Who are just curious should rent it. People who are into Sci-Fi and a little bit of scare factor, should definetly buy this game.
The best game in the Hitman Seriessimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Hitman: Blood Money [Playfire]
In "Blood Money" you once again play as the silent assassin Mr. 47, the notorious contract killer who can complete any mission and eliminate every target. and you will be going for a wide verity of targets, from a washed up amusement park owner to drag lords and even other assassins like yourself.
In short, the game is satisfying, thrilling and challenging - exactly what you would expect from a game in the "Hitman" series.
Not as good as the originalsimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Deus Ex: Invisible War [Playfire]
As its own game, I enjoyed playing Deus Ex: Invisible War. The story and gameplay kept me interested and playing for long periods at a time. However, compared to the original Deus Ex, I was disappointed. I didn't mind the simpler interface that a lot of people have complained of, and it really didn't bother me to not have to change different ammunitions for each weapon and what not. I wish there could have been more diversity and use of the characters abilities however. My biggest disappointment was with the story. I think they tried too hard to make each faction in the game an equal so that a player could choose any particular side.
One of the best games eversimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Deus Ex: Game of the Year Edition DNS
Deus Ex is probably one of the best games I've played on the PC. It has a story that keeps you interested and always wanting to play for just a little longer. It has been described as a hybrid FPS/RPG, which is probably a good description. I think it leans a little more toward the FPS elements, but I found that enjoyable. I enjoyed wanting to see how the story would turn out. It also mixed in a lot of sneaker elements as well as action elements to it. Overall, Deus Ex is a great game.
Still the bestsimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of Football Manager 2011
FM series is still the best one around by miles, and it is still playable in the current version. But the series is starting to feel more like a cash cow, where they just release stuff each year to get easy money without actually developing the series.
This game is just plain funsimonsix | May 24, 2011 | Review of NecroVisioN: Lost Company Cap
With this game you slowly unlock all kinds of bizarre weapons. And you can use a lot of weapons with ALT-FIRE, which is bizar!
You can use spades to cut some one's head off or just throw it at them. There is so much variation in the weapons that you can use. Also you do not always have to do the same killing everytime. You can use robot's and slow down the time. Also I didn't find the acting that bad, it was entertaining in some way.
Also the environments were rich and not just plain. And having the ww2 horror story did it for me. The planes flying and bombs dropping. The sounds are not bad at all.
