Chivalry serves up equal parts hilarity and brutal medieval action. The combat is satisfying, with a nice wounding system (taking off limbs and heads with nicely timed blows never gets old), and feels for the most part reliant of skill.

There is a decent selection of gamemodes and maps, enough to keep you entertained for many hours. Pick it up with a few friends for a burst of fun in the evenings!

I had heard a lot about how G&K really took the basic game to where it should have been originally, but doubted just how possible that was. I can now say those people were absolutely right - it adds features (espionage, religion) and improves the already present features to a standard that is expected of a Civ game. An excellent addition - pick it up on offer if you can!

A little disappointing.

Avoided this on release having played the demo. Misses a lot of the features of the first and is way too action paced for a dedicated sniping game. The kill-cam is nice, punctuating the otherwise regulation 3rd person shooting. Got it on offer with a friend for the coop, making it a very good deal at the time, but I can't recommend it at full price!

Fun with friends

As always, Worms charms you with equal parts challenge and humour. This iteration maintains all of the core Worms features, if perhaps overcomplicated the game with the classes and customisation.

Fantastic for a quick blast in the evenings with friends, gain if it is on sale.

Surprisingly Excellent

viBe | May 27, 2013 | Review of Spec Ops: The Line dns

I find it difficult to write this review without echoing others. This is an excellent demonstration of how important good, engaging writing is to a single-player experience. While the mechanics of the game are a little uninspiring, the story and the way it is delivered are among the best I have seen!

Nice addition.

A good example of what a DLC should be - a genuinely interesting addition to the game with a new mechanic in the Republic factions, further pushing the boundaries of court intrigue. Will definitely add a few hours to your gaming experience. Got it on sale at £1.60, an absolute steal.
