Reviews for Who wants to be a Millionaire

Mixed emotions about it

The game is what you expect it to be...a PC version of the TV show Who wants to be a millionaire. The questions get harder as you progress, which is obvious, the game mimics the real show quite accurately. I don't like that I have to watch the intro scene every single time, the game is also a bit dull if you don't buy a specific DLC along it. Is it worth the money? More of a no than a yes, but if you want to have a game to test your knowledge, go for it

Quite Dull

This game may keep you entertained for a brief period (less then a week), but after the first initial buzz of being in the highlight its true nature starts to leak through. Tedious actions and repetitive questions are just some of the features you'll discover when playing this game. I would only recommend this as a party game..and that's if your really desperate.

Quite Short and mediocre.

Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, 2nd Edition is a game that is the show in whole. There is nothing in this game to divert the idea of the show away from the game. The graphics score is low because there is really no graphics in the game apart from maybe a chair and a menu. The gameplay really depends on if you like the idea of question and answer things. The sound is okay with all of the voices and little sound effects but it doesn't go beyond that and it doesn't need to. All it is, is the show just put into the game and it is trying to reflect the show as much as possible with the game. The length is actually quite short because it is just a TV show game but you can play it again and again. This is really just a game of the TV show, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.

Still not sure if i like it or not....

If you've ever seen the show on tv, you will surely have participated in your seat. This game allows you to do the same on PC. Yes, it's fun in the beginning. For like, once a week, like the tv show. Beyond that? Well....not really.

A repetitive game

Who wants to be a Millionaire reproduce exactly what happens in the famous TV show. If you are a fan of this quiz you should buy this game. The game is simple but quite short and repetitive and there aren't many questions: the only way to expand it is to buy some DLC.

Probably not worth buying at full price

It seems odd to have a game based on a popular TV series without including any of the official presenters. The game is pretty straight-forward; you're presented with 4 possible answers for each of the 15 questions which get progressively harder. If you're buying a quiz game, then this will probably suffice, and I feel that it does cater to the Who Wants to be a Millionaire audience. That said, there are probably much better quiz games available, and you could probably play something of similar quality for free on the internet somewhere.
