A Great Update For A Great Franchisegamerroverr | Aug. 13, 2013 | See all gamerroverr's reviews »
Rockstar's first outing with the Max Payne franchise has been a very successful one. The game has a long story mode which is rare for modern shooters which seem to not stretch far beyond the ten hour mark. Instead it took me at around 20 hourst to play the game start to finish. Also, the game has many difficulty options available making it easy for both beginners to third person shooters and advanced players alike. One subtle addition is the self adjusting difficulty which makes the game slightly easier in the given segment, should the player lose often.
Above all this, the game contains a great storyline, which is paced in a way which keeps the story engaging wand the cut-scenes are interesting, which makes a change from the average drivel which is thrown between levels...

This game is amazing! Rockstar are known for making great games such as "Grand Theft Auto" and "L.A Noire" and Max Payne 3 is no disappointment. The movement of your character and aiming with a gun is spot on. It's super accurate and feels a lot easier to control and a lot more realistic. The story is fantastic, as usual for a Rockstar game. This game is a must have for any Rockstar fan and any Max Payne fans.
