Max Payne 3's multiplayer is dead. It can take up to 4-8 minutes just to join a match which is only 4 people in. I still think it's weird of Rockstar to still publish multiplayer DLC for the game. Single-player and Coop would have been much more fun and worth the money. The map design is actually pretty decent, buy it if you want to. Its decent.

Still think that it should be named "Payneful Memories"

but jokes aside! This dlc adds more value to the Season Pass (because if you bought it already, this comes free! duh!) but is extremely overpriced as it is. Scorpy is extremely right about this game's multiplayer, you do have to play at certain hours to have more players in a game. If you haven't bought any MP3 dlc's, I wouldn't recommend getting this pack because you'll be getting it mainly for the customization options and guns. The maps from this DLC rarely gets played due to low buying population. I liked what's offer in this pack, but I'm also glad that I bought the Rockstar Pass and this came free. There's just not enough player-base to justify the price of this pack.

When it's all said and done, what's painful is this DLC.

Max Payne 3's single-player campaign is fantastic, however its multiplayer is deader than Max's family. At its height (which is around 3PM eastern) there are on average 200 people. Unless you play at that time, you will only get to play Deathmatch as there aren't enough people to fill the other playlists. It's a shame, because Max Payne 3's multiplayer gameplay is addictive and satisfying. These map packs are a complete waste of money, seeing as multiplayer is a virtual wasteland. This isn't a knock on the quality of the DLC. Although it is overpriced, it's still a great addition to the multiplayer. If only they created some single-player DLC, it might have some value. Otherwise, it's a waste. Don't bother.
