Reviews for Manhunter [Playfire]

Nothing special

This game has fairly long-ish missions however they hardly differ from each other in terms of gameplay. It would have been nice for this to have been a sandbox game where you could truly choose how to play but because the objectives aren't spread out over long distances but instead really close you can't choose to really deviate of the path which makes it more like a game where you just basically progress through a "corridor" and shoot whatever's in front of you. You don't get a real variety of weapons either, yeah you get a couple of silenced ones but they're not really useful because the game isn't open much or sandbox-like.

A common FPS

This game is nothing special. It has a campaign of 14 levels, but you will be soon bored by this. There are no innovations or special things that raise this game from the mediocrity. The plot is the same "war" thing we saw in many other game, and the graphic is too "old" to see (it's like Counter-Strike Source). By the way, if you have no fps to play at the moment, you can take it, maybe using a 25% discount code, because the price is not to high.

Good game.

I was recently in a crave for fps games and well, I bought Manhunter. I thought it had potential, and it did. It is relatively short to complete, but which FPS game isn't? It makes me think about Call Of Duty alot. The storyline is not bad, it keeps the player entertained for the while the game is played. The weapons are nice. I love handling them in the game, they are very well made and very fun to use, especially the .50 caliber. Oh man, I love that gun and when it is available for pickup in a game, I don't hesitate and pick it up! Sad thing about this game is the fact that the multiplayer is absent. Really, how do you want to beat Call of Duty if you dont have multiplayer? It would have been nice, but unfortunately it is not gonna happen. Oh well, still a decent single player game.
