The Weakest of the Total War Games

I have loved the Total War Games since if first played Shogun, and i was so excited to see that in this game they would be focusing on the Colonial Area of history. The thought of having guns, navel battles and artillery was truly exciting. And also disappointing when nothing seemed to work. While improved in the later expansions it is never really fixed. The AI is stupid and has no grasp of tactics. it is almost impossible to have any money in the game to the point that at the end of each turn you are just hopping that you stay in the black, and the AI is worse and managing their economy then you are.
I hope that some time in the future they make a squeal that fixes all the major problems of this game, because I think that would be an awesome game but for the most part this game was just a big disappointment.

First time I played this game I didn’t think I would like it that much because the time period doesn’t interest me that much but once I started playing I enjoyed this game a lot. There are so many new and great additions to the game since the last one (medieval 2 total war) my favorite is exploring the unknown. Colonizing the new world, invading India, set up trade with the foreign traders all this makes the game so much fun. The sea battles which were implemented are also a lot of fun and are very fluent. They play out like you expect it to play. This game is a must have for strategy gamers! So go out there and buy this game and the entire series.

A good title of the Total War series

Empire: Total War Collection contains the main game and all the DLC released for this RTS. In this case we can control an empire of the 18th century and lead it to the glory. The best thing of Empire Total War is that probably it's quite different from most of the other titles of the series, because of the presence of gunpowder weaponry. In this case you must change your strategies taking into account this new element. An other good introduction in Empire is the possibility to do naval battles. The campaign is quite good and the computer AI works well. If you like RTS and especially the Total War saga this is a must have

Empire: Total War was a great twist for the franchise, for the first time you can use firepower in battles and these weapons changes the strategies a lot.

In this game the world is bigger, the nations are more dangerous, you can have naval warfare with ships to conquest the world.

If you like when the nations were in a global war to add more territories for their empires, you will enjoy a lot this game.
