If you were a fan of the party expansions for the Sims 1 and 2, this matched with Late Night will being you endless fun. You can stay out all night and have even more options as to how to have fun and party. Except, you can be the life of the party for a change. Alone, it is a good expansion that adds a fair amount of content but it's by far the best added onto Late Night.

This add on focuses less on building a life, and more on building towards STARDOM... which is actually less interesting than it sounds. Unlike the Sims 3 base game, this one doesn't really encourage creativity where there are multiple ways to achieve goals. You can be a Singer, Acrobat, Magician or DJ (as described above), but the ways to get to the top is actually pretty linear, and gets boring quite fast. Things world complimenting would be the new world where your Star sim will shine. That area is actually pretty interesting and visually pleasing. I... regret purchasing this DLC when it came out. Another overpriced Sims 3 DLC IMO.
