This expansion pack, although it contained a vast array of clothing and decorations, it contained nothing whatsoever to add to your gameplay, overall expectations weren't too high, showtime in general wasn't too great of a expansion pack, compared to late night. Aside from some katy perry songs in the radios, there wasn't nothing much that was offered, I suggest a different expansion pack, this one doesn't offer much besides flourescent pink tee shirts and "tgif" in simlish. The "performer" attribute you can use in the sims 3 doesn't change much here, you can still be a juggler, dj, or a singer, much like vanilla showtime, but it is really a disappointment to have nothing change. Even though it's advertised that your sim can attract large crowds, you realistically get no more than 8 to 9 sims at your concert, the rest being one large backdrop, of non moving sim copies. You see a small group of moving sims in your concert, but it is really empty, since the lifeless 40 or something concert attenders dissappear immediately. This was probably the worst ep EA has done for the sims 3, quite disappointing, since there is so much potential in something like this.
