Fun Economical Game

Build-a-lot is a game where you need to build structures to make money and to achieve objectives. Although it is a basic game, the mechanics are really good, and what the game does it does exceedingly well. The missions themselves are interesting and can be tackled in a variety of ways: you may like to upgrade existing houses, you may like to demolish them to make room for bigger houses, or you may to like sell them. You receive income at a regular basis and land and foreign houses often go on sale, adding more choices to the mix. The visual style is basic, but at the same time looks nice, and the music creates a cheerful atmosphere. Overall, this is a really interesting game. Although the mechanics are quite basic, all the elements come together well to create a fun game.

This game is quite fun, but not so good also. You can manage building only in a few spot and such a repetitive mission. the good news, this game won't make you think very hard. very good to spend some of your time when bored. Try this game, see if you like it.

A simple casual game that could hook you

I've always liked Sim and Tycoon games and looked forward to trying Build-a-lot. Initially I was disappointed by the small map size and the fact you can only build in predefined lots. After playing for a short time, though, I realised this game has been finely tuned to hook you into wanting to complete the next goal. I ended up completing the game fairly quickly. Graphics, sound and control are all adequate though not outstanding.
