Would you like to have fun? It's an incredible game! I never thought a Luxor game can be so exciting, really! Lot's of levels, power ups, the music and eye-candy hologram graphics... BEAUTIFUL. I just can't find no words. It's my new favourite game. I love it! EXTREMELY FUN! Played too much Counter-Strike? Played too much Borderlands? Try this game! Give this game a chance, at least try it! You won't regret it, that's for sure. Worth the price? Absolutely.

Too much lazerz!

With neon esthetic, Luxor Evolved is an arcade retro-styled shooter game with the objective of destroy every enemy through 65 levels full of challenges, power-ups and achievements. When I started playing it, it first remembered me of Zuma (because those convoluted trails) and a new Space Invaders, but it's more than this. It also doesn't need high requirements to play it, so anyone can give it a try, and maybe spend a lot of hours playing this. I really recommend it if you're looking for a good arcade game to spend some time doing something entertaining.

Evolving the genre.

While marble shooters don't vary too much, a new mode here, new decals there. Luxor Evolved has begun to evolve the genre. For those unfamiliar with the mechanics of marble shooters they are basically this you have a moving launcher that runs left to right on the bottom of the screen. You fire your marble at either a moving or static target to match the same colour and destroy the matching marbles. While this is a simple concept Luxor Evolved pushes the boundaries with Pick Ups, Bonus Levels, Power Ups and Even Boss Battles! The graphics are reminiscent of retro games from the 80s and is a refreshing change from temples and pyramids in previous titles. The music is decent adds some ambiance to the game but nothing worth writing home about. This game is a definite must for the casual gaming enthusiast who enjoyed titles such as Zuma or Peggle, this game has evolved the genre and there is no looking back.
