Reviews for The Lost Cases of Sherlock Holmes 2

Another puzzler with Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes is the background of many different puzzle games - not a surprise, seeing as he is the world's most famous detective (not counting Batman - of course!). Lost Cases of Sherlock Holmes 2 is almost the same as the previous part. We also focus on solving 16 different cases, but this time with totally different riddles. There is some hidden objects finding, some word-based games and some puzzles. It is quite enjoyable to do them, but if you've played the first part, then it can get boring quickly, as everything is very similar - graphics, mechanics, locations and stuff. The game features nice bonuses though, as you can even unlock some Conan Doyle's short novels - pretty interesting thing for Holmes-maniacks! Also, the game runs really well even on old machines, so if you don't have a powerful gaming rig, and you like puzzles, then try it out. My verdict? 60 out of 100, but if you are a true fan of Sherlock you can easily add + 10 points.
