An Instant Classic

The setting of Borderlands is absolutely fantastic. The first five minutes involve falling in love with the graphics style, meeting a robot which is like marmite (you'll either love him or want to kill him) and being raided by bandits.

If you're a fan of RPG's this game has it all, except a strong story line. The characters are fantastic and memorable while the settings are beautiful. Throw in a hell of a lot of enjoyable quests and you'll have over 100 hours of game play which can be continued in Borderlands 2.

Considering the price, this game is a steal. Buy it now and thank me later.

Simple Shoot and Kill Chaos!

Just pure unadulterated awesomeness!

This amazing graphical style of game, partnered with simple and straightforward shoot&loot style makes for an awesome combination.

Storyline was fairly intriguing as well, though some say the end boss was lacking. I'm not of this opinion. The only reason I don't give this a higher rating is because BL2 needed a higher score for more awesomeness.

Borderlands has a unique art style which sets it apart from other games. It has a unique almost comic book style gameplay at times which makes for a very fun game. Definitely worth a go.
