Good for an hour and that's it.

When I was looking at Off Road Drive, I thought that I would have as much fun as back in the days with 4x4 Evo. However, I was disappointed a lot.

You have the ability to switch between 2x4 or 4x4, lock the differential or not, Hi/Low, you can increase or decrease the tire pressure. You also have a winch that can help you getting out of the worst track conditions.

There are about 10 trucks in each race. They are visible, but they cannot be hit. You do not really feel the damage on the truck, it is only aesthetic.

Some tracks are very easy and some others just seem impossible to complete. The tracks are not balanced, and because of this, you just feel discouraged by one half of the game, so you abandon it after about 1-2 hours.

Not a great game...

Good-looking casual simulator

Although Off-Road Drive is advertised as a simulation, I wouldn't call it a hardcore one. If it's a simulation, it must be a pretty casual one, which is not a bad thing. It will put you in a race in very difficult conditions and over very rough track (if it can be called a track at all). Response of vehicles to difficult terrain is well modeled and represented, and the visual side of the game is not bad at all. In fact it was the main factor which attracted me to the game. Off-Road Drive plays very well and is enjoyable, and I don't think there are many simulator-like games about off-road racing, which would compare to this game.
