This is another one of those puzzle platformer similar to Braid with the toughness and frustration close to Super Meat Boy which it is perfectly normal considering both of these games are great in their own. In the game there are collectibles and a gauge for 100% for collecting all the meteor fragments, a perfect counter for completionists. The great things about Ethan is that you can respawn immediately after a death to to poor platforming as well as super challenging bosses. Downside of the game being a platformer, nothing innovative here, the stages can get repetitive and bland really quick. Overall, an acceptable platforming game.

I purchased this particular game for my little sister who is of the age of eight. She absolutely adores it. I could not pull her off of it for so long (I lost track of time). Everything about this game screams "great family fun", from the beautiful and cartoonish graphics to the amazing sound design and challenging but rewarding and fun puzzles. Everything in this game shines in its own original way and each element far surpasses many games in its genre on other platforms and from other developers. The objects can really mix up the game play and make the game so much more interesting. If you like family games this is a must.

Ethan: Meteor Hunter is not a bad game, and I can't say that I played at it poorly. However, due to suffering from deficiencies that could be improved. Same idea for a combination of classic platforming with puzzle game deserves great praise, the mechanics also nothing criticisms, however, which would set sail into a beautiful journey to adventure.
