MOST Underrated Game Ever

Some games surprise you. They have so much hype and then when you try them you feel let down. I'm telling you that this game here is definitely not one of those, in fact, it's the total opposite, a hidden gem. Graphics: very colorful and beautiful game with a very good atmosphere and good technical level. You will love to look around and enjoy the scenes. Sounds: It's like a movie, great voice acting and very well done. and the background music is good too. Story: that is what make this game a hidden gem, the story is strangely deep and unexpected (no spoilers). Game play: you will kill monsters, solve puzzles, ride a skater like thingy and fight bosses, Incredible. Replayability: after you finish the game you will unlock extra weapons and extra character skins, but since it's all about the story you mostly won't play more than twice. Overall, very enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

A beautiful masterpiece!

Enslaved really is one of those must-play titles. The graphics are gorgeous, the story keeps you glued to the screen from start to finish, the voice acting is top notch, and the sound (both music and effects) are wonderful. The gameplay is natural and smooth and very rewarding. You feel like you truely accomplished something great even after taking down just a common enemy. The game also changes your tasks enough that it never feels repetitive or tiring. I really cannot thing of one thing I did not like about this game. If you are into action adventure games, there is no way you won't like this one.

Must-Play Action Adventure

Enslaved is a game which first came out on PS3 and XBOX 360 and it was very unjustly underrated, now its on pc too and its a must play! It mixes a good third person action with simple platforming, pretty graphics, and amazing story. Its based on an old legend, put in a modern-post apocalyptic, overgrown environment which will take your breath away. It never gets repetitive, even tho the combat is not very complex, and i suggest playing it on higher difficulty levels, due to not being very hard. The main reason you will love the game is its great story and the bonding between the mighty Monkey and smart, but frightful Tripataka. The basic plot isn't actually complicated, but all combined it makes this game a great ride. Get it, you won't regret your money

Pretty fun game with a great story

Enslaved is a game where the action takes a back seat to the story. It's got pretty fun combat and platforming, but without the enjoyable story and really good voice acting and facial capture for the two main characters (the playable character, Monkey, is performed by Andy Serkis, best known for his role as Gollum) in one of the most mysterious, interesting, and beautiful post-apocalyptic worlds I've seen in gaming.

Great action game

Enslaved uses the eastern Monkey King tales as character setting. The main character you play, Monkey, are forced to have a circlet stuck on his head by Trip and you cannot get too far away from her or you will die and if she dies you will die as well so it is your job to listen to her and get the job done. Gameplay is similar to any kind of action adventure games with the hack and slash elements similar to Darksiders series. As the story progress you will be able to upgrade Monkey with new skills and upgrades. The world itself is beautiful to explore but it is sometimes plagued with bad camera and horrible control but that didn't limit the game to be great. Definitely a must try for all action adventure fans.

If you are old enough to remember Monkey! (magic) this game will bring all the memories of the story of monkey and tripitaka on their journey to the west back (albeit with a modern twist). The voice acting is superb and helps draw you in to the relationship of the two main characters. The gameplay is good fun, it won't tax your brain much but is enjoyable 8/10 all up and it was a shame that this didn't sell as much as it should have when originally released
