Reviews for Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box

Graphic is nice and the game is much fun to play. The world is pretty big and heterogeneous, maybe just with a bit too much "shortcuts". Cars are either accurate (I felt like I was driving a proper Lancer) or funny (in a good way). Challenges are as they should be, easy at start and hard (but still not insane) toward the end of the game. You get to listen even classical music on the "radio" and so music is good... Still, running through the city is fun but not being able to pick a race without moving to the starting location "manually" is a bit stressing after 5+ total hours played. Also, to compete "equally" in every type of race you have often to change your current car for another (moving to one of the "bases")... additional stress. Not to mention that the menu system is just plainly wrong and confusing. To recap, the game itself is quite good and enjoyable but it's still a console port and most of the cons come from that.

Burnout Paradise is an open world racing game developed by Criterion Games and published by Electronic Arts. Released in January 2008 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and on 5 February 2009 for PC. In this game you race with AI or other people. Also by racing you unlock new cars that you can find on the street and try to crash them if you succeed you get that car in your garage. In this game you not only race with others, you can try to crash others or play burning route, marked man and a few more. Graphics/visuals of this game are well made. Soundtracks are awesome. Crash animations are amusing, Controls are comfortable. What I did not like was the map size, it was too small for a racing game. This game is really fun for 10-15 hours of playing. Although if you want a cheep racing game to play with your friends get it, you wont be disappointed.

That's an amazing game with lot of stuns and cars which u can repair once they get broke, change their colors and stuff. In the multiplayer is most fun when you race against other players, you can find shortcuts, win money by making stuns, making showcase while you are making the stuns and thats it. There's nothing much to describe about racing game, it's most fun when u make a gang btw and play with 2-3 friends and race each other. Ive expereinced it and it's really cool, and the music amazing game folks for the fans of racing games

Paradise City is yours to explore, this time using both cars and motorbikes to race around, compete and go stunt-crazy. The Ultimate Box also includes added content, such as more vehicles, more of Paradise City to explore and much more fun! Myself as not the biggest racing fan out there thoroughly enjoyed this title as there was a lot to do, was addictive and could participate in lots of crazy stunts and police chases. Also includes the Guns And Roses song, 'Paradise City' as the main theme :P
