Reviews for Sanctum: Violator DLC
The best of the DLC towers.Lunk | July 23, 2012 | See all Lunk's reviews »
The Violator is definitely the most useful of the DLC towers for Sanctum and the only one that I use regularly when I'm playing seriously. It's one of the less efficient towers in the game (in terms of resource cost vs. damage), but the fact that it's a hybrid ground-aerial tower that fires shots that connect instantly and do significant damage make it very effective against two of the most problematic enemies: gliders and tanks. In the heart of your maze you're probably better off using things like lightning or gatling towers, but its incredible range makes it a very good choice for more awkward spots where a short-range tower would rarely or never get a chance to fire.

A flying drone with powerful shoots and high range. If you buy a lot of this tower fortifications in game,so the game will be a piece of cake.Fully upgrated it will be a nice supporter. It kills flying targets too.Unfortunately it attacks only one enemy at the time. However if you have some cents or pennies ,get it!!!
A nice addition for your weapon arsenalFreeMan85 | Nov. 26, 2011 | See all FreeMan85's reviews »
Sanctum DLCs are cheap, of course this DLC only give one weapon a new tower the Violator. Anyway this more fair deal rather than some AAA game's DLCs. It's a very nice and helpful tower. Has a fair building cost and powerful attack rate against ground and air units! And it has a very big range. 2-3 from this tower covers the whole map. But only attacks one enemy at the time. But with powerful strike. And if you build 3-5 or more from it become a great support. Like I said it can target air units, so it's become a nice support for you anti-air towers too. The looks of the tower is cool, like a high-tech weapon floating in the air and it sound effect when it's fire... really nice.
Sanctum's developers gave the players so many free updates, for that small price it's really not much for a DLC. If you like the main game you can expand it with these cheap DLCs, if you want.
