When I first saw this game I was a little scared about the man who stands at the first image. but I'm glad I did check it out! The game is made in 1999 so I didn't expect much from this game but I was wrong this game is amazing. For a game that is made in 1999 this game does have amazing graphics. The sound is done well aswell. The story is like a book but then alot more fun. The game is worth full price! Pick it up now!

...and it's a little masterpiece. It has a very interesting story and puzzles, the enviroment is really good but the game is short. It's a nice experience that you must try, maybe this is the best Sokal game so far.

For a game that's so old now, Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy still has that little spark, that little something that makes it capable of even drawing in the most vehement haters of the genre, and keeping them close. I should know - I used to seriously dislike adventure titles until playing this one not long after it came out. The story is the highlight here, and is really a combination in all that is good in those old voyages of discovery types of books and those too-often cancelled adventure tv shows. You'll run across all kinds of fantastical scenes, unknown tribes, and mysterious objects. The graphics in this old fellow still look good today, and modernizing them would just kill the atmosphere it works so hard to perfect. Amerzone itself feels like somewhat of a relic now because of textures and whatnot, but should be left untouched in all its glory. An absolute gem of a game, and one you can't afford to miss.

One of the best first-person adventure game designed by Benoît Sokal knowing for adventure game like syberia 1-2 and others. Takes the role of a journalist on a quest in a fictional universe to help and sace a rare species of magical birds. i suggest this game for all lovers of adventure and who want to dive in this unique atmosphere.

Amerzone, is just unbelievable. I fell in love with this game only a couple hours in. It's just, it has something special, I can't explain it, it's just amazing. What really amazed me was that I discovered that the game is from 1999, and I thought it will be horrible. And then I played it, and I was blown away by the high quality of the game. The graphics are amazing for a game from 1999. Most importantly, is the story, oh the story. Imagine your favorite book, and imagine it being transformed into a game. The adventure is full of awesome. This is definitely worth checking out, Amerzone is just wonderful.
