interns hands-on experience in online marketing campaigns, PPC advertising, social
marketing, eCRM, PR, Community management and many more elements of the
marketing mix - as well as giving them a flavour of the demands of the gaming
industry. We were also quick to employ those interns on a full-time basis, who showed
real willingness to learn and perform during their First Shot programme.
