Remind me again why I'm a rat?

Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 does a decent job finishing the Lords of Shadow series. It's just a shame it wasn't a great job. Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 takes place in two different time periods, the present with modern day evil occult laboratories and the past with Dracula's castle. Oh, and you play as Dracula and you are trying to kill Satan. Only in a video game folks. Most of the gameplay is similar to Lords of Shadow 1; you have a whip, a special weapon to gain health, and another to break armor, and you need to platform through levels and kill enemies. One welcome change is the fact that the world is open, but one change that wasn't necessary was stealth sections where you disguise yourself as a rat. Those sections are just annoying and unbecoming of the Prince of Darkness. Caatlevania: Lords of Shadow 2 is a good continuation of the Lords of Shadow series but a less than perfect final entry to Castlevania as a whole.
