5% of extra renown it's almost nothing (you won't probably notice this 5%), extra challenges is not about the numbers of challenges you get to do per day but slots only (which means if you didn't completed one it will stack in these extra slots), for 600 credits you can get booster pack or skins, which isn't also really impressive. 7 day early access to new operators doesn't sound cool, maybe if you are really into R6 Siege and play it everyday, so you can enjoy it a little bit earlier than others. I still haven't figured out what "VIP PERKS" mean, like many other Siege players but still... if you ask me, it's only stuff for hardcore players. You won't need this season pass to fully enjoy the game and also, it's not pay to win stuff, so it's kind of cool. Buy only if you want to show your love for this game.
